I have been responsible for the complete RAMS activities of several SIL 2, 3 and 4 railway projects, and largely contributed to the remaining Safety and Validation activities. Responsible for the independent safety assessment activities to support the system certification against the following railway standards: EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, and also EN50121, EN50124, EN50125 and EN The main activities regarding safety are: performing the necessary verification of system hazard analysis, including preliminary hazard analysis and all the safety analysis, for the safety argumentation to the certification authority. Responsible for the Independent Safety Assessment process (ISA) for the CBTC system in Santiago Lines 3 and 6 projects. 01/01/ /08/2013 Research and development department director - AeS Group, Sao Paulo (Brazil) Responsible to manage a team of more than 15 people, in charge to develop software and hardware for safety critical applications.
