3 ECO-COMPANY PROJECT PRESENTATION Company: T & T Multieléctrica, Ltd. Headquarters: Campia Vouzela Viseu - Portugal Founded in 1992 Share capital 200, About 40 employees at service. Services: air conditioning, electrical installations, home automation and installation of energy recovery systems based on renewable energy, among others. Certified Company: ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007 SME Company Leader in 2010 and 2012 Excelence Company Awarded since 2011 MOTIVATION In today's society consumers demands are increasing, and is around these concerns that companies have to outline their plan of action. The continuous development of science, techniques and processes in all areas of activity, requires constant innovation by organizations. Aware of this reality, T&T in 1999 was certified by ISO 9001 reflecting a desire and willingness to exceed expectations as part of our policy. We have also made part of this plan, integrate an active role in the surrounding society, through participation in school and recreational activities (trainings, workshops, etc..), donations for various purposes and the willingness to help whenever necessary, placing the social responsibility as a key pillar of the company. The company achieved this year the certification in Health & Security (OHSAS 18001) and Environment (ISO 14001). The experience of the company, with all its know-how in renewable energy, supports the advancement of a project aimed at integrating higher density solutions based on renewable and sustainable sources of energy ever achieved. 4 ECO-COMPANY PROJECT THE PROJECT The Eco-Company project arises from the need to restructure the company's facilities and surroundings. CURRENT INSTALATIONS The project points to structural interventions on various areas, according to the conditions and surrouding characteristics. The project integrates the concepts of energy efficiency of systems and processes, encouraging self-sufficiency of energy consumption needs, and reducing the impact of the structure in the environment in which it operates, through the management of resources. The futuristic vision and understanding of real needs and of the physical constraints of the planet, brings the total commitment to a project conceived and designed to be functional, ecological and multifaceted. It is also thought in this ambitious project, the construction of an eco-house, respecting the concepts of sustainable construction and energetic efficiency. Janeiro 2013 Pág.4

We have extensive experience and collaboration of individuals associated with higher education, environmental management systems, sustainable construction and energy recovery systems, which are: Architect Carlos Chaves - Responsible for the project; Carlos Chaves, managing partner of the architectural firm Carlos Chaves MC, Architect lda., based in Viseu. Graduated in 1995, since then develops the professional activity in the exercise of architecture and urbanism, punctuating the development of his work even with interventions in the field of interior architecture or organization of outdoor spaces. Armando Herculano, Electrical Engineer, PASUS member - Sustainability Plan ISEP; Ph.. Joaquim elgado, Ph.. in Electrical Engineering and a professor at ESTGV EE; Ph.. Joaquim elgado, graduated in Electrical Engineering (1987), MS in Systems and Automation (1992) and Ph.. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Energy Systems (2003) at UC. It is Adjunct Professor in the School of Technology and Management Viseu (ESTGV) where he teaches the courses of HVAC Systems, Solar Photovoltaic Energy, Electric Mobility, Power Electronics, Strategic Management,... He served for some years in the industry functions as an engineer and analyst of industrial automation and information systems manager and was a professor in EE FCTUC and ISEC. In ESTGV coordinated the project for the development of the first electric vehicle approved in Portugal (2007). Conducted the first study on "The Panorama Quality of Electricity in Portugal" and is co-author of "Handbook of Power Quality Electric" published by EP. He has published over 40 papers in international conferences, national and magazines in the fields of - Quality of Electricity - Energy Efficiency, Sustainability Issues; - Electric Vehicles... riefly, projects where it is involved are located in areas of - improving energy efficiency; - design Zero Energy uildings (ZE) and Positive energy uildings (PE) - mitigation of the impacts of the integration of renewable energy sources in the network; - energy storage technologies; - electric mobility and - design a new type Hydraulic Ram assisted by electricity generated from a renewable source. Romeu da Silva Vicente, Assistant Professor at epartment of Civil Engineering, University of Aveiro - Researchers in the Area of ehavior and Energy Efficiency in uildings; Romeu Vicente da Silva has a degree in Civil Engineering University of Coimbra in 1999, Master of Science in Construction by FCTUC in 2002, Ph.. from the University of Aveiro in 2008, where he works since 2002 in the epartment of Civil Engineering. He teaches the courses of Construction Technology, Physics of uildings, uildings and Construction of Pathology ioclimatic. Trainer and qualified expert RCCTE. Author of over 100 articles in journals and international conferences. Areas of research: ynamic Simulation of uildings, Phase Change Materials, Rehabilitation and Energy Efficiency Strategies for uilding ioclimatic. Founding Partner of Zero Energy Association Passivhaus - Portuguese Platform. MS Tiago Silva, Master in Mechanical Engineering, frequents the doctoral level in energy systems and climate change at the University of Aveiro; Tiago Manuel Rodrigues da Silva holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Aveiro in This year was the investigator of a research grant of Galp Energia under increasing energy efficiency and optimization. In 2010 the researcher was responsible for the research grant in the area of energy efficiency of buildings with the use of phase change materials (PCMs). In 2011 was selected for a grant under the Ph project of the energy certification of campus and attended the doctoral level in energy systems and climate change. He specializes in numerical simulations and dynamic design solutions and buildings using PCMs. The last two years has published articles in national and international conferences, and two articles in international journals. He is a member of the scientific-technical platform PassivHaus Portugal. Ph.. Rui Teixeira, Investigator and member of the Center for Effective Mechanical Technology, University of Aveiro - Researchers in the Area of Study Thermodynamic Energy Systems; Rui Teixeira developed several research activities with gasification and pyrolysis systems for energy use of industrial waste and biomass, currently part of the group of applied energy technology center mechanical and automation of Aveiro University where he is the principal investigator in the development of a medical application with special focus on maintaining the thermal conditions of a given fluid. "The size of the Eco-design company associated with the multiplicity of systems and phenomena constitute a complex model from which many conclusions can result and many other optimizations, be associated with a project of this level in the area of thermodynamic studies is a huge challenge." 8 ECO-COMPANY PROJECT Ph.. Susana Lucas, Invited Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, specialist in Sustainable uilding and Sustainability Management System. Susan Lucas, egree in Chemical Engineering (FCT / UNL) and Civil Engineering (ISEL), Ph in Chemical Engineering (FCT / UNL). Undertook a Masters in Health Engineering (FCT / UNL) and graduate Municipal and Sanitary Engineering (UC). Conducted the Advanced Studies in ioclimatic Architecture, Restoration and Maintenance uilt (FA / UTL). His professional career for 12 years was in the area of both WWTP project, monitoring of work, exploitation, having been linked to several companies both design, supervision, contractor and project owner. Over the past three years has taught in the School of Technology, Polytechnic Institute of arreiro Setúbal several courses of which stands out and where he is responsible: Sustainable Construction and Innovation, Water Works and Environmental Sanitation Network & Prediais. She is coordinator of the achelor of Construction Management and Head of the Office of Knowledge and evelopment. Providing the auditorium for any type of events (seminars, trainings, exhibitions); 8. Access to monitoring data showing profitability, efficiency and performance operation of their equipment / materials, On-Line and in real time; 9. Access to a network of CCTV that can show real-time facilities, systems, performance and even interact with them; 10. Surely extend its brand awareness and consequent sale of products; 11. T&T is committed to "represent / recommend" brands and products here installed to potential customers.
