1 To: C/C: From: Subject: EUROPEAN FEDERATIONS PARTICIPATING CLUBS IN THE CERS CUP CERS PRESIDENT CERS-RH PRESIDENT Date: 2018, April /2018 EUROLEAGUE ALLOCATION TO FC PORTO OF THE FINAL 4 ORGANIZATION Dear Sirs: According to the information and the deadline established by our Communication FG-008/2018, concerning the organization of the EUROLEAGUE Final 4, to be held on 2018, May 12 and 13, CERS-RH received through FPP - Federação de Patinagem de Portugal - the two following proposals: (1) one presented by FUTEBOL CLUBE DO PORTO; (2) another one presented by SPORTING CLUBE DE PORTUGAL Consequently, and taking into consideration the regulations in force, CERS-RH has decided to award the FPP and the FUTEBOL CLUBE DO PORTO with the organization of this event. 1. COLATERAL ACTIVITIES TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY, 2018 MAY CERS-RH MEETING WITH THE TEAM DELEGATES: At 17H30, to be held in the DRAGÃO CAIXA AUDITORIUM Note: The Delegates must bring the licences of all their representatives (players, delegates and technical staff). 4.2 TRAINING SESSIONS FOR ADAPTATION OF THE TEAMS TO THE RINK will take place according to the following schedule: At 17H30 SPORTING CP (PT) At 18H00 REUS DEPORTIVO (SP) At 18H30 FC BARCELONA (SP) 4.3 PRESS CONFERENCE WITH THE MAIN COACHES OF EAH TEAM: At 19H00, to be held in the DRAGÃO CAIXA AUDITORIUM 4.4 OFFICIAL RECEPTION (PORT WINE OF HONOUR): At 20H30, to be held in the VIP TRIBUNE OF THE DRAGÃO STADIUM Note: 2 members of each team, the CERS-RH officers and the 6 designated Referees are invited to participate. 5. DESIGNATED REFEREES FOR THIS EVENT For the matches to be played in this event, CERS-RH has designated the following 6 European International Referees: OSCAR VALVERDE + ALBERTO LOPEZ, from Spain (Semi-Final match 61: FC Porto x Sporting CP) PAULO RAINHA + JOAQUIM PINTO, from Portugal (Semi-Final match 60: Reus Deportivo x FC Barcelona) ALLESSANDRO ECCELSI + FILIPPO FRONTE, from Italy (Final - match 62 Winner match 60 vs Winner match 61) 6. TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR THE PUBLIC AND EACH ONE OF THE PARTICIPATING CLUBS The sale and distribution of tickets by the participating teams will follow the principles that have been established by the CERS-RH, in order to safeguard the "neutrality" of the venue of the matches in relation to this event. Then: 6.1. For each match, the organization must guarantee that at least 20% of the tickets issued must be available for sale to the public, whose price for each one of the 3 matches (2 Semi-Finals and Final) - will be 15, Each club will be entitled to request of 40% of the tickets issued for any match in which it participates, taking into consideration: The tickets for each Semi-Final must be requested and paid until 12H00 of Friday, 2018, May The tickets for the Final must be requested and paid until 19H00 of Saturday, 2018, May 12. Note: The organizer will offer 15 invitations to each participating team, for each match of this competition. 7.
