3 02 Management s management is guaranteed by its founders: Miguel Ferreira Mechanical Engineer and MBA, he is a wind energy consultant since 1992 Before founding, Miguel Ferreira was Director of INEGI s wind energy business unit For 6 years, he taught Renewable Energies at the Lusófona University of Porto He is a member of the European Wind Energy Technology Platform (wwwwindplatformeu) and of the Program Committee of the European Wind Energy Conferences, where he published several technical and business papers Paulo Pinto MSc in Mechanical Engineering, he is a wind energy consultant since 1997 Before founding, Paulo Pinto was a senior consultant of INEGI s wind energy business unit For several years, he taught several modules at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança and Renewable energies at the Lusófona University of Porto He is a member of the Program Committee of the European Wind Energy Conferences, where he published several technical papers Ricardo Guedes Mechanical Engineer, he is a wind energy consultant since 2001 Before founding, Ricardo Guedes was a senior project manager at INEGI s wind energy business unit He is a member of the Program Committee of the European Wind Energy Conferences, where he published several technical papers, one selected for an oral presentation at 2009 s conference He is also a member of the IEC standardization commission for wind energy 3
