1. Intrduçã Esta especificaçã define as características técnicas d interface a 2 Mbit/s para ligaçã entre a rede fixa da MEO e utras redes, utilizand a sinalizaçã de canal cmum SS#7. Cmutadr PT-C 2 Mbit/s Cmutadr Outra rede Interface SS#7 2. Características Físicas e Elétricas d Interface O interface de junçã deverá satisfazer as Recmendações G.703.6 d ITU-T e T/TR 03-01 da CEPT n que cncerne às características físicas e elétricas das junções a 2048 kbit/s sbre cabs caxiais cm impedância nminal de 75, devend prtant ser usad códig HDB3. 3. Características de Cdificaçã A cdificaçã ds sinais analógics deverá estar de acrd cm a Recmendaçã G.711 d ITU-T, devend ser cnsiderada smente a lei A, em cnfrmidade cm a Recmendaçã CEPT T/TR 03-02. 4. Características de Estrutura de Trama A estrutura de trama deverá estar de acrd cm a Recmendaçã G.704 d ITU-T. 5. Características Funcinais As características funcinais deverã estar de acrd cm a Recmendaçã G.732 d ITU-T. 6. Sinalizaçã A especificaçã da sinalizaçã de está descrita ns pnts 6.1, 6.2 e 6.3. 6.1. 6.1 MTP Inclui s níveis 1, 2 e 3 d MTP (Message Transfer Part) e a Perfrmance d MTP, de acrd cm a nrma d ETSI ETS 300 008 e a recmendaçã d ITU-T Q.706. N Anex 1, é apresentada sinteticamente a cnfrmidade da especificaçã relativamente às funcinalidades cnstantes na Tabela 1 / Q.761 da EN 300356-1 (V.3.2.2). N Anex 2 sã apresentads s aspets de detalhe da especificaçã, relativs à Chamada Básica. O frmat utilizad, sã as Tabelas ds "PICS prfrma fr ISDN User Part (ISUP) '92", incluíds n Anex A da Recmendaçã ITU-T Q.784.2 (06/97). Cas OPS nã implemente s prcediments de taxaçã, serã inibidas na interface, tdas as mensagens e parâmetrs nacinais. Os prcediments de taxaçã dispníveis, cas OPS s implemente, estã suprtads na mensagem de taxaçã CRG definida nas nrmas internacinais, inclui, n entant, s seguintes parâmetrs de índle específica: Charging Cde Chargint Unit Nta: Para além da mensagem CRG e respetivs parâmetrs, prcediment de taxaçã utiliza ainda parâmetr "Natinal frward call indicatrs" a incluir na mensagem IAM, cm a cdificaçã específica, definida na especificaçã respetiva. Apesar deste parâmetr ser pcinal, a respetiva inclusã sistemática na mensagem IAM cm a cdificaçã adequada à cnfiguraçã aplicável é cnsiderada recmendada, na medida em que permite uma melhr gestã de cnfiguraçã para efeits de acert de cntas. Assim, mesm n cas em que uma rede nã pretenda receber infrmaçã de taxaçã (mensagens CRG), esta deverá preferencialmente incluir parâmetr "Natinal frward call indicatrs" (neste cas cm a cdificaçã "Charging infrmatin nt required").
