3 1 Objectivo 3/95 Esta Especificação define as características técnicas de implementação dos serviços suplementares RDIS na rede da PT Comunicações. Pretende-se agregar num único documento um conjunto de especificações correspondentes a cada um dos serviços implementados. 2 Estrutura do documento Na secção 3. deste documento encontra-se a lista dos serviços suplementares RDIS implementados na rede da PT Comunicações. A cada serviço corresponde uma especificação individual. Cada uma das especificações individuais corresponde a um anexo deste documento. Existem ainda, nos Anexos 1 e 2, as especificações referentes aos procedimentos genéricos de modo funcional e Keypad. A maioria dos serviços suplementares estão implementados em conformidade com as normas ETSI e ITU-T aplicáveis. Assim, quando aplicável, as especificações consistem, básicamente, nas listas de excepções e clarificações aquelas normas. In the case of negative checking the network send the default calling number, coding the screening indicator as "network provided" Multiple Subscriber Number The verification of the calling number at the calling side is done as follows: The network check if the number has the length and the coding correct and if it is within the range specified for the interface. Note to the last : Applicable. 6.1 Provision and withdrawal Two options are provided for the subscription of MCID: a) Invocation per call. b) Automatic invocation for calls not answered Invocation and operation Note to the first Note: Only one option will be provided: - Automatic invocation for short unanswered calls (<20s) Note to the second Note: The MCID can be invocated within a certain period after calling user has released the call, but never after the release by the "served user". 7.2 Interworking with Private There is no "special arrangement". ISDN`s 8.14 Sub-addressing The Calling Party Subaddress (if provided by the calling user), will be recorded. Provision Depending on the request made by the user, information shall be delivered either for a specific call and/or for all calls not answered by the subscriber. 2. Procedures 2.1. General The information request for a specific call shall only take place during the "active" state (N10) or the "Disconnect indication" state (N12). The following information shall be printed on the Destination Exchange: - number of the called user - number of the calling user - request date The calling user subaddress shall also be delivered, if available. The activation/deactivation/registration is under Admnistration control Invocation Normal Procedures The called user shall invoke the service sending an INFO message with the Keypad facility information element during the "active" state (N10) or the "Disconnect indication" state (N12). The Keypad facility information element shall contain the code 39 related to the MCID service, as follows: * 39 # 2.3. Notifications To the called user In the situation of an incorrect input done by the user, the network shall answer with a DISC message including a DISPLAY information element with the following code: ENTRADA INCORRECTA The called user shall receive in the Display information element included in the INFO, DISC, REL or REL COMP message, the following information: To the calling user MCID SUCEDIDO - if the MCID was successful MCID NÃO SUCEDIDO - if the MCID was not successful The calling user shall not be informed about any request of his identification, so no notification shall be sent to him Excepcional Procedures

Introduction The operation of CUG in Keypad Mode makes use of the Keypad facility and Display information elements inserted in appropriate messages of the call basic control. The invocation procedures use the '*' and '#' characters with the following meaning: - * - Start of invocation/field separator - # - End of invocation The invocation of the CUG service in the keypad mode uses the code Invocation 2.1.
