RESTAURANTE & BAR SABOR DA VILA Vila Preá restaurant was opened in 2005 with the help of notable Chefs from São Paulo. Within the first year it won the Jeri Sabor Festival, an event organised by ABRASEL, the Brazilian Association of Restaurants & Bars. The jury took in consideration the following characteristics: presentation of the dish, combination and harmony of the ingredients, and taste, aroma and texture. The dishes participating in the competition also had to be elaborated with local ingredients. The winning dish was a Sea bass fillet served on a bed of natural cashew fruit with the Chef s special rice. Vila Preá came out first of 17 restaurants, including the best in Jericoacoara. Since then, the restaurant thrives to maintain this high standard and continues to innovate. Every year, new dishes are created using fresh seafood, organic produce from the property, imported oils & spices as well as homemade breads and cakes. This year, Chef Valdemi is in charge of the kitchen, preparing special dishes for your taste buds and Vitor is preparing those special drinks and making sure the service keeps its top-quality! O restaurante do Vila Preá foi aberto em 2005 graças a ajuda de Chefes notáveis de grandes casas em São Paulo (Rubaiyat, Fasano, Bar des Arts). Foi tanto que antes do primeiro ano, o restaurante venceu o Festival Gastronômico Jeri Sabor, organizado pela ABRASEL (Associação Brasileira de Bares e Restaurantes). O júri levou em conta as seguintes características: Apresentação do prato, Combinação e harmonia dos ingredientes e Sabor, aroma e textura, sendo que todos os pratos tenham que compor ingredientes locais. O prato vencedor dentro dos 17 restaurantes participantes foi o Robalo ao molho de caju natural, acompanhado de arroz a Piemontesa, apresentado pelo Vila Preá. Desde então, o restaurante trabalha para manter este alto padrão e contínua inovando. Cada ano, novos pratos são criados, usando produtos frescos do mar, frutas e verduras da nossa horta orgânica, azeites importados e pães e bolos caseiros.
