Currently he holds the position of Regional Innovation Director at Symrise, being responsible to generate new olfactive materials and i n g re d i e n t s f ro m t h e b r a z i l i a n biodiversity; as well as generate new technologies for fragrance and ingredients performance on hair. FANNY GRAU Perfumer at Symrise After a Chemistry Ph.D at the University of Nice and few years in the Symrise R&D department, Fanny entered the Symrise Perfumery School in 2009, won the PFW Patchwood Perfumery Contest in 2010 while working in Germany. She was appointed Perfumer in 2013 working one year Mexico and then in Brazil. From July 2012 until today, she is one of the perfumers of Brazil Creative Center, located in São Paulo.

Bachelor in Chemistry, graduated from the Institute of Chemistry of the University of São Paulo with a specialization in Cosmetology. Two years of professional experience at Dow Chemical in the analytical area, seven years at Unilever in product development, and has worked the last 20 years in Perfumery Companies as Technical Manager, including research and development, application laboratory, stability and sensory evaluation. Currently she is responsible for Mane's technical department in Brazil, besides teaching at postgraduate courses and curricular extension in the areas of Household, Cosmetology and Perfumery.
