Gather your supporting documents (travel itinerary, business letter, passport-size photograph); if you have travelled within the past 90 days to certain African or South American countries, you may need a yellow fever vaccination. 3. Obtain a money order payable to Consulate General of Brazil in city where you will apply for the proper amount. Tourist visas are $78 and business visas are $72. Add $12 if you are sending your application by mail. 4. Submit your application in person or by mail. There are four Brasilian diplomatic offices in Canada that can handle visa applications.
