3 Prerequisites To apply this HOTFIX it is necessary to follow these configurations: Sage Enterprise Management: U8.0.7 Minimal Brazilian Legislation Patch: X PT-BR: Para aplicar esse HOTFIX é necessário seguir as configurações: Utilizar o Sage Enterprise Management Versão: U8.0.7 Utilizar no mínimo o patch da legislação brasileira: X

4 Patch Installation Instructions 1. Unpack the file: XQBR_807_2108_HOTFIX_107.zip 2. Install the patches without any users using the system. This is the Brazilian legislation patches, which should be applied from X3 reference folder, but applied only on the folders that will be using the legislation (NOT X3 FOLDER). 3. Validate all transactions for the folder that you applied the Brazilian legislations Hotfix using function GENMSKTRT. It is also recommended to validate the dictionaries. PT-BR: 1. Descompacte o arquivo: XQBR_807_2108_HOTFIX_107.zip 2. Instale os patches sem nenhum usuário usando o sistema. Esta é a correção da legislação brasileira, que deve ser aplicada a partir da pasta de referência X3, mas aplicada somente nas pastas que estão utilizando a legislação (NÃO PASTA X3). 3. Valide todas as transações do dossiê que você aplicou o HOTFIX da legislação brasileira usando a função GENMSKTRT. É recomendado também validar os dicionários.

5 Patch Content Detailed bug description Ticket X In Sales > Invoices > Invoices (SIH) the system was updated to round decimal places in two digits according to the Brazilian legislation and guided by the NF-e manual. With this correction, the rejection in the transmission caused by the difference between the sum of item s taxes and the tax total amount in the NF-e will cease. PT-BR: Em Vendas > Faturas > Faturas (SIH) o sistema foi alterado para realizar o arredondamento das casas decimais respeitando dois dígitos conforme a legislação brasileira e orientado pelo manual do contribuinte da NF-e. Com essa correção a rejeição na transmissão por diferenças entre as somas dos valores dos impostos nos itens com o valor total do imposto na NF-e deixa de ocorrer. Dessa forma quando necessário o usuário pode preencher dados complementares relacionados a transporte. Affected objects AMK - XQSADDI3 - Fields configuration of Shipping data was changed, now this fields are enabled and can receive values. PT-BR: A configuração dos campos de envio de dados foi alterada, agora esses campos estão habilitados e podem receber valores. ADX - SPVXQSADDI - Now the shipping data values from original invoice are not copied to additional invoice. PT-BR: Agora os valores de transporte da fatura original não são copiados para a fatura complementar. Ticket X For the function Declarations > Brazil > Fiscal Integration (SGC) it was made a repositioning in the already existing entry point XQECFDAEQUERY. PT-BR: Para as Faturas de importação foi alterado o arredondamento do cálculo dos impostos de ICMS Operação e ICMS Diferido para atender a regra de duas casas decimais conforme a Legislação Brasileira e manual do contribuinte da NF-e.

7 Dessa maneira quando se tratar desse tipo de fatura não ocorrerá mais rejeição na transmissão para SEFAZ por diferença de valores.
