3 Prerequisites To apply this HOTFIX it is necessary to follow these configurations: Sage Enterprise Management: V Minimal Brazilian Legislation Patch: X PT-BR: Para aplicar esse HOTFIX é necessário seguir as configurações: Utilizar o Sage Enterprise Management Versão: V Utilizar no mínimo o patch da legislação brasileira: X

4 Patch Installation Instructions 1. Unpack the file: XQBR_1111_002_HOTFIX_004.zip 2. Install the patches without any users using the system. This is the Brazilian legislation patches, which should be applied from X3 reference folder, but applied only on the folders that will be using the legislation (NOT X3 FOLDER). 3. Copy the folders from 09.Syracuse to the installation folder on SyracuseComponent\syracuse\bin\node_modules and restart the Syracuse server. 4. Validate all transactions for the folder that you applied the Brazilian legislations Hotfix using function GENMSKTRT. It is also recommended to validate the dictionaries. PT-BR: 1. Descompacte o arquivo: XQBR_1111_002_HOTFIX_004.zip 2. Instale os patches sem nenhum usuário usando o sistema. Esta é a correção da legislação brasileira, que deve ser aplicada a partir da pasta de referência X3, mas aplicada somente nas pastas que estão utilizando a legislação (NÃO PASTA X3). 3. Copie as pastas que estão em 09.Syracuse para a pasta de instalação em SyracuseComponent\syracuse\bin\node_modules e reinicie o servidor Syracuse. 4. Valide todas as transações do dossiê que você aplicou o HOTFIX da legislação brasileira usando a função GENMSKTRT. É recomendado também validar os dicionários.

5 Patch Content Detailed bug description Ticket X The bug occurs when creating a credit invoice that has a discount in invoice elements. The credit invoice didn t bring the discount to items and then, the discount will not be shown in totalization screen. PT-BR: O bug ocorre quando é criado uma nota de crédito que contenha desconto no elemento de faturação e que tenha sido rateado entre os itens. Ao fazer o picking de uma venda para criação da nota de crédito, os valores de desconto não eram calculados/considerados. ADX XQSPVSIH There is a specific function to call the tax calculation for credit invoice, and there was an issue that didn t add the discount of credit invoice to total discount of the document. It was added the discount of credit invoices to each item line and summarization. PT-BR: Existe uma função específica para cálculo das taxas/impostas para nota de crédito e, por algum motivo, não estava sendo considerado o desconto dos itens especificamente na nota de crédito. Foi alterado o código para o desconto voltar a ser considero em cada item e para ser totalizado na nota. Ticket X On NOTASAI file, when the invoice contains ICMS tax values as deferred, the system should generate the ICMS base values as "OUTRAS. (Done on JIRA X ). Besides that, in order to avoid SPED rejections, when the ICMS is 100% deferred, the system shouldn t send the valor BASE and ALIQUOTA. PT-BR: Para evitar rejeição da SPED, quando o ICMS for 100% deferido, o sistema deve enviar a BASE E ALÍQUOTA de ICMS zerados. 6 The address sent to bank remittance file is incorrect when the Customer pay-by address code is different from the BPR default address code. The bank remittance has been being generated using the default BPR address instead of open item address. PT-BR: O endereço enviado no arquivo de remessa bancária é incorreto quando o cliente pagador é diferente do cliente. O endereço que estava sendo considerado na remessa bancária era o endereço padrão do cliente e não o endereço do cliente pagador. PT-BR: Ocorre um erro quando é importado um arquivo OFX do banco do brasil pela função Importação extrato bancário. It was needed to change a Node.Js function on the server which handles the file upload. The charset was not considering accents. Please follow the INSTRUCTION on the top above, STEP 3. PT-BR: Foi necessário alterar uma função Node.Js no servidor que manipula a leitura de arquivos. A configuração do charset não estava considerando acentuação. Por favor, siga a instrução descrita no topo no passo 3.
