1 Paulo Câmara Partner Personal Assistant: Ana Filipa Gil (+351) PROFILE At SÉRVULO since 2008, Paulo Câmara is currently the firm s Managing Partner and partner of the Financial and Governance department. He is a guest professor on the LLM Master of Laws, on the Master s Course in Law and Management, and on the Corporate Master s Course, of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, and on the MLM-Master of Law and Management of the Nova University of Lisbon (Novaforum). He is coordinator of Governance Lab, an independent research group dedicated to corporate governance. He is also the Chairman of the General Meeting of the Portuguese Association of Banks and member of the Monitoring Committee of the IPCG Corporate Governance Code.
