No âmbito das competências e experiência LIPOR, decorreram duas visitas técnicas com entidades públicas e privadas do Brasil, que têm responsabilidades na Gestão de Resíduos. O portfolio de serviços, no âmbito da consultoria internacional, foi amplamente discutido, havendo interesses comuns entre as partes. LIPOR is a reference entity for Brazil, that is why the requests for visits and contacts have been increasing. Within the scope of LIPOR's expertise and experience, two technical visits were conducted with public and private entities of Brazil, with responsibilities on Waste Management. The services portfolio of international consulting, has been widely discussed, with identification of common interests between the parties.
Delegação da África do Sul na LIPOR South African Delegation in LIPOR Liderada pela Embaixadora da África do Sul em Portugal, a LIPOR recebeu a visita de uma delegação de Presidentes de Municípios da África do Sul, no passado dia 10 de maio, com o apoio do Consulado Honorário da República da África do Sul no Porto. O objetivo da visita foi demonstrar, na prática, como a LIPOR solucionou o problema da Gestão de Resíduos na sua área de intervenção e visitar as modernas instalações que constitui o seu Sistema Integrado. O interesse das entidades presentes é de continuar os contactos, explorando potenciais sinergias. Led by the South African Ambassador in Portugal, LIPOR was visited by a delegation of Mayors of South African Municipalities, on May 10, with the support of the South African Honorary Consulate in Porto. The purpose of the visit was to demonstrate, in practice, how LIPOR solved the problem of Waste Management in its intervention area and to visit the modern facilities that constitute its Integrated System. The interest of the entities present is to continue the contacts and to explore potential synergies.
LIPOR no IV Encontro Internacional de Tecnologias Ambientais LIPOR in 4th International Conference in International Conferences No âmbito do projeto AMEX II Ambiente e Exportação, a LIPOR esteve presente no IV Encontro Internacional de Tecnologias Ambientais, organizado pela APEMETA, que decorreu no dia 17 de maio, no Porto. Neste evento estiveram presentes entidades do setor do Ambiente de alguns países da América Latina, nomeadamente Costa Rica, Colômbia, Uruguai, Panamá e México. A LIPOR participou no painel Sustentabilidade na Gestão Ambiental, com a comunicação oral Gerir a Sustentabilidade, apresentando a sua atividade e a sua experiência a nível da gestão de resíduos. Foram, ainda realizadas reuniões B2B (business-to-business) entre empresas portuguesas e os representantes dos mercados participantes, para prospeção de oportunidades de negócio. As part of the AMEX II project - Environment and Exportation, LIPOR participated in the "4th International Conference on Environmental Technologies, organized by APEMETA, which took place on 17th of May, in Porto, Portugal. This event was attended by entities from the Environment sector of some countries of Latin America, namely Costa Rica, Colombia, Uruguay, Panamá and Mexico. LIPOR participated in the "Sustainability in Environmental Management panel, with an oral communication "Managing Sustainability", presenting its activity and its experience on waste management. B2B (Business-to-Business) meetings were also held between Portuguese companies and the representatives of the participating markets, to search for business opportunities.
