O pinhal e as áreas de matos arbustivos e herbáceos serão os elementos dominantes numa sucessão em que a modelação das formas dunares é um elemento diferenciador. Este projecto desenvolve um conceito global e integrado para o espaço público, da autoria do Arq. Hipólito Bettencourt, apoiado fundamentalmente em áreas pedonais, jardins e áreas de lazer, cujo suporte é a utilização dos recursos naturais existentes e, nalguns casos, a sua reinterpretação em espaços vivenciais que recriam formas orgânicas pré-existentes. Perfeitamente integrados nesta paisagem encontram-se 96 lotes de moradias, distribuídos entre a praia, golfe, lago e parque, com áreas que variam entre os 1.150 m 2 e 2.850 m 2, onde poderão ser desenvolvidas moradias únicas, de arquitectura moderna, com projectos dos Arq. João Paciência, Intergaup e J. J. Silva Garcia. The Tróia Peninsula is set in unique ecological and landscape characteristics. The different natural environments, the dune formations, the pines and the bushes make it the ideal scenery. This project developed a global concept of integrated outside spaces designed by Arq. Hipólito Bettencourt, and is set fundamentally on pedestrian areas, gardens and leisure areas, which resort to the utilization of existing natural resources and, in some cases, their re-interpretation in spaces that mimic existing organic forms. 96 plots for villas can be found perfectly integrated in this landscape, and these are distributed among the beach, golf, lake and park, comprising areas between 1.150 m 2 and 2.850 m 2. The architecture is a spiritual construction using geometry without imitating nature. This is joined by the organicism of the reconstructed landscape, suggesting materials, which, rejecting the preconception of using what is specific to the region, reinforce the naturalness of the place and can age well with time.
