INTRODUÇÃO / INTRODUCTION A TECHNOEDIF Mozambique Engineering, Lda, é uma empresa moçambicana, constituída em 8 de Maio de 2013, em que a TECHNOEDIF SGPS detém 60% do capital social e que tem como objectivo a prestação de serviços de engenharia, procura e gestão de construção na região da África Austral. A sua actividade tem um âmbito identico à da sua associada portuguesa TECHNOEDIF Engenharia, SA, criada em 1965, que actua nessas áreas de actividade com projectos realizados em diversos países, e é detida a 100% pela TECHNOEDIF SGPS. O plano de negócios da TECHNOEDIF Mozambique prevê um rápido crescimento no mercado local nos primeiros três anos. Este objectivo será atingido com um forte apoio da TECHNOEDIF Engenharia e pretende-se que a TECHNOEDIF Mozambique, depois desse período inicial, se constitua num parceiro local que participe nos projectos de desenvolvimento industrial do país, bem como noutros projectos de investimento nesta região do continente africano. A estratégia do grupo é que a TECHNOEDIF Mozambique tenha um apoio global na execução dos contratos por parte da TECHNOEDIF Engenharia, através do total envolvimento dos seus recursos, seja pela mobilização de meios de execução próprios e pela supervisão geral das actividades, seja pela utilização das suas ferramentas tecnológicas. Esta cooperação estreita entre as duas empresas permite qualificar as referências da TECHNOEDIF Engenharia, como sendo as da TECHNOEDIF Mozambique. TECHNOEDIF SGPS has created in May-2013 a new subsidiary company in Mozambique. The new company, TECHNOEDIF Mozambique, is 60% owned by TECHNOEDIF and aims to render Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management services in the southern region of Africa similar to the sister Portuguese company TECHNOEDIF Engenharia, S.A, established in 1965 acting in the same field of activity worldwide ever since. TECHNOEDIF Engenharia is 100% owned by TECHNOEDIF SGPS. The business plan of TECHNOEDIF Mozambique, forecasts a rapid grow in the local market in the next three years. EPCM - Engineering + Procurement + Construction Management ENG - Engineering GALP ENERGIA SINES REFINERY - PORTUGAL FCC Revamp Project Galp Energy awarded TECHNOEDIF, on a fixed price basis, an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction management) contract for all activities planned for the 5 week duration shutdown of the reactor/regeneration section of Sines Refinery FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) unit, which is scheduled for March 2014. TECHNOEDIF s work under this contract was started in August 2012 and will continue until June 2014, when the construction contracts close-out meetings and the handover of the project close-out report and construction data-book are scheduled to take place. EPCM With this award the trust that Galp Energy puts on the technical and project / construction management capabilities of TECHNOEDIF is confirmed. 2012 / 07 SGL GROUP / FISIPE - LAVRADIO - PORTUGAL PITU Project SGL Carbon Gmbh acquired FISIPE - Fibras Sintéticas de Portugal, and will be updating its plant, with the necessary technology for the production of the carbon fibre precursor, partly replacing the current textile fibre production. Technoedif Engenharia was awarded the project for the expansion of the following manufacturing units: CP (Continuous Polimerization), PS (Silos), DP (Syrup Preparation), and Spinning Lines 9 and 10 (Production of the carbon fibre precursor). ENG - Engineering EPC - Engineering + Procurement + Contruction EPCM - Engineering + Procurement + Contruction Management SONANGOL - LUANDA REFINERY - ANGOLA Combined Cycle Plant (Efacec) Complete Engineering, Commissioning and Start-up Assistance Services for the Luanda Refinery Combined Cycle Plant. The Combined Cycle Plant consists of two GE10-01 Gas turbines with 11MWe nominal power each, two steam recovery boilers with 24ton/h steam capacity each and one condensing turbine with 11MWe. The plant is also capable of spplying the Luanda Refinery with Medium Pressure extracted steam. ENG The Plant shall include an electrical substation (63/11kV) as well as all the required auxiliary systems, such as the fuel storage and feeding systems, cooling water systems, chemical dosing systems, air & nitrogen systems, fire protection, C&I systems. 2012 / 01 GALP ENERGIA - MATOSINHOS REFINERY - PORTUGAL CCR Platforming Exchanger Replacement Following Basic Engineering, performed by Technoedif, Galp Energia also awarded Technoedif, on a LSTK basis, the project for the replacement of the Feed/Effluent Exchanger of its Catalytic Reforming Unit at Matosinhos Refinery. The new equipment will be a Helitower vertical shell & tube heat exchanger with helical baffles, a proprietary product of Lummus Technology Heat Transfer, a CB&I Company. This innovative exchanger will provide enhanced shell side performance and contribute to a better heat integration of the unit, with lower operating costs and emissions. Technoedif will execute this project applying 3D tools backed by a 3D Laser Survey of the existing unit. Replacement of Two of the existing three reactors in Unit 1300 and four reactors in Unit 3300. Recuperated the foundations.
