O procedimento para efetuar o registro consular vai depender da idade do registrando, se menor de 16 anos, se entre 16 e 18 anos e se maior de 18 anos. Após o registro de nascimento ter sido lavrado pelo Setor Consular, será fornecida uma certidão de nascimento, que deverá ser obrigatoriamente registrada no Brasil, assim que possível, no Cartório do Primeiro Ofício do Registro Civil da cidade brasileira de residência do interessado ou, alternativamente, no Cartório do Primeiro Ofício do Distrito Federal em Brasília para residentes em qualquer lugar. A documentação pode ser entregue pessoalmente ou adiantada pelo correio/mensageiro ou por email (em um único arquivo, PDF). O Setor Consular agendará o dia de entrega do registro. Neste dia, deverá ser apresentado pelo declarante brasileiro PESSOALMENTE o original dos documentos enviados. ATENÇÃO - Para menores de 18 anos, é possível realizar o registro de nascimento com base em certidão estrangeira expedida fora da Arábia Saudita ou do Iêmen. Nesses casos, a certidão deve ser previamente legalizada pela Embaixada ou Consulado brasileiros competente na jurisdição do país expedidor da certidão. - No dia agendado para entrega das certidões, será necessária, para os maiores de 12 anos, a presença do registrando, duas testemunhas e dos pais. As testemunhas deverão ser devidamente identificadas, sendo admitidos parentes, em qualquer grau, do registrando. As testemunhas podem ser de nacionalidade estrangeira. - Se em árabe, a certidão local de nascimnto deverá estar traduzida para um dos seguintes idiomas: português, espanhol, francês ou inglês. Formulário - registro de nascimento para menores de 12 anos Formulário - registro de nascimento para maiores de 12 anos REGISTRO DE NASCIMENTO COM BASE NA CERTIDÃO LOCAL MENORES DE 16 ANOS O genitor brasileiro (pai ou mãe) deve comparecer à Embaixada e apresentar os originais e a cópia dos seguintes documentos: 1. Formulário de requerimento registro de nascimento preenchido e assinado pelo declarante de nacionalidade brasileira. 2. Certidão de nascimento local do menor e sua respectiva tradução (com carimbo do Ministry of Foreign Affairs MoFA da Arábia Saudita ou do Iêmen, conforme local de nascimento). 3. Certidão de casamento brasileira dos pais (se houver) ou certidão de nascimento. Certidões de nascimento em árabe devem ser apresentadas com sua respectiva tradução oficial. 4. Passaporte dos pais. DE 16 A 18 ANOS INCOMPLETOS O declarante é o próprio registrando que deverá comparecer assistido pelo genitor(a) brasileiro(a) ou responsável legal e apresentar os originais e cópias dos seguintes documentos: 1. Formulário de requerimento de registro de nascimento preenchido e assinado pelo registrando e pelas testemunhas. 2. Certidão de nascimento local do menor (com carimbo do Ministry of Foreign Affairs). 3. Certidão de casamento brasileira dos pais (se houver) e certidão de nascimento. Certidões de nascimento em árabe devem ser apresentadas com sua respectiva tradução oficial. 4. Passaporte dos pais. MAIORES DE 18 ANOS Registro Consular de Nascimnto de maiores de 18 anos só pode ser realizado na Representação brasileira com jurisdição incluindo o país de nascimento do interessado. O declarante é o próprio registrando. Não é necessário a presença dos pais, mas é preciso o comparecimento das testemunhas. Os originais e cópias dos seguintes documentos devem ser apresentados:
1. Formulário de requerimento de registro de nascimento assinado pelo registrando e pelas testemunhas. 2. Certidão de nascimento local, com carimbo do Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 3. Documento de identificação local válido, com foto. 4. Certidão de casamento brasileira dos pais (se houver), ou, na sua ausência, a certidão de nascimento dos pais. Se o genitor brasileiro for falecido, certidão de óbito. Certidões de casamento e de nascimento em árabe devem ser apresentadas com sua respectiva tradução oficial. 5. Passaporte dos pais. Custos Grátis. VIAS ADICIONAIS DA CERTIDÃO DE NASCIMENTO: Vias adicionais da certidão de nascimento só serão expedidas no caso de o nascimento do menor ter sido registrado nesta Embaixada e ainda não tiver sido a certidão transcrita no Cartório do 1 Ofício de Registro Civil, no Brasil. Caso a certidão já tiver sido transcrita no Brasil, o interessado deve dirigir-se diretamente ao Cartório no Brasil e solicitar a via adicional. O pedido de via adicional de certidão de nascimento deve ser formulado por escrito. Cada via adicional da certidão custará SR 22,50 COMO PAGAR A Embaixada não receberá dinheiro em espécie. Pagamento poderá ser feito: (1) diretamente na Embaixada, por meio de cartão de débito; (2) depósito bancário no Samba Bank, conta corrente 1908189, IBAN-SA76400000000000; ou (3) à DHL, quando receber seu serviço consular de volta, no caso dos cidadãos que utilizarem DHL para encaminhar à Embaixada sua documentação para o serviço consular solicitado.

Brazilian marriage certificate of parents (if any) or parents birth certificates. If in Arabic, it must be submitted its official translation. 4. Passport of parents. FROM 16 TO 18 YEARS INCOMPLETE The declarant is the recording itself that must attend assisted by parent (a) Brazilian (a) or legally responsible and present the originals and copies of the following documents: 1. Application form for registration of birth completed and signed by the enrollee and witnesses. 2. Certificate of birth of the minor site (with stamp of Ministry of Foreign Affairs). 3. Brazilian marriage certificate of parents (if any) and birth certificate. Birth certificates must be submitted in Arabic with its official translation thereof. 4. Passport of parents. OVER 18 YEARS Consular registration Nascimnto of 18 years can only be done in the Brazilian Representation covering the jurisdiction of the country of birth of the person concerned. The declarant can be the own citizen. The presence of parents is not necessary, but it is necessary the attendance of witnesses. The original and copies of the following documents must be submitted: 1. Application Form for Registration of birth signed by the witnesses. 2. Local birth certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 3. Valid local ID with photo. 4. Brazilian marriage certificate of parents or, in its absence, the birth certificate of the parents. If the Brazilian parent is deceased, a death certificate of the deceased Brazilian parent is demanded. Marriage and birth certificates issued in Arabic should be presented with their official translation. 5. Passport of parents. Costs Free of charge Additional original birth certificate must be requested in written and will only be issued if the child's birth was registered in this embassy and have not yet been transcribed on the certificate of the 1 st Notary Office of Civil Registration in Brazil. If the certificate has already been transcribed in Brazil, the applicant must request the additional original from them, not from the Embassy.
