1 IV Workshop Internacional de Turismo Religioso REGULAMENTO A ACISO - Associação Empresarial Ourém-Fátima, em colaboração com o Município de Ourém e com o apoio do Turismo de Portugal e do Turismo do Centro de Portugal, organiza o IV Workshop Internacional de Turismo Religioso (WITR), no dia 26 de fevereiro de 2016, em Fátima, Portugal. O WITR possui como principais momentos um Seminário (pela manhã) e uma Bolsa de Contactos (pela tarde). O Seminário será aberto a todos os interessados. A Bolsa de Contactos será estritamente aberta a profissionais inscritos em três categorias: hosted buyers, suppliers e expositores. Serão convidados pela organização operadores turísticos de mercados consolidados e emergentes, com operações de outgoing especializadas em Turismo Religioso. Estes operadores convidados hosted buyers terão acesso a um programa alargado de familiarização com a oferta turística nacional que se pode estender até dia 3 de março. Podem inscrever-se como suppliers todos os interessados em desenvolver negócio na área do Turismo Religioso, com especial incidência em operadores especializados em incoming, alojamento, restauração, transportes, atrações turísticas e outros serviços com natureza análoga. A Organização convidará um conjunto de entidades que, pela sua natureza ou apoio ao evento, considere poderem aceder à totalidade do evento institucionais entre os quais se encontrarão sponsors e destinos turísticos religiosos. OBJETIVOS Promover uma bolsa de contactos de negócio entre os participantes; Promover internacionalmente Portugal enquanto destino privilegiado de Turismo Religioso; Reforçar a importância do Turismo Religioso no contexto do setor turístico mundial. 2 MODELO DE FUNCIONAMENTO IV Workshop Internacional de Turismo Religioso O WITR terá lugar no dia 26 de fevereiro de 2015 em Fátima, realizando-se durante a manhã um Seminário dedicado ao tema Turismo Religioso: O perfil do turista do século XXI. O seminário contará com oradores de referência, nacionais e internacionais. O programa será publicitado antecipadamente. A parte da tarde será dedicada à realização de uma bolsa de contactos com a presença de um significativo número de operadores internacionais de Turismo Religioso (para referência, a edição de 2015 contou com 80 operadores hosted buyers, provenientes de 25 países). Cada hosted buyer disporá de lugar sentado, em mesa, no qual estará disponível para receber os suppliers. Cada participante deverá respeitar o máximo de 10 minutos de reunião em cada mesa, para que todos os participantes tenham a oportunidade de maximizar o seu número de contactos. INSCRIÇÕES As Inscrições no WITR são limitadas, e dão-se em quatro categorias: seminário, hosted buyers, suppliers e expositores. Os hosted buyers só se podem inscrever por convite, mas é incentivada a sua sinalização no site do evento ( Inscrição no seminário (parte da manhã): Qualquer interessado no tema pode inscrever-se no seminário; As inscrições serão confirmadas tendo em consideração o critério da ordem de chegada, sem prejuízo do disposto nos pontos seguintes; Será dada prioridade de inscrição a todos os suppliers, pelo que a admissão de outras inscrições ficará sujeita a disponibilidade da capacidade da sala; A inscrição no seminário da parte da manhã não inclui participação na bolsa de contactos nem nas refeições ou visitas; Poderão ser dadas condições especiais a estudantes da área do turismo, mediante solicitação de ingresso dirigida à organização do evento. 3 Inscrição como supplier (dia inteiro) IV Workshop Internacional de Turismo Religioso Podem inscrever-se como suppliers até 2 representantes por empresa; Data limite de inscrição: 11 de Fevereiro de 2016; As inscrições serão consideradas confirmadas após validação pela organização; A inscrição será validada pela organização após receção do comprovativo e confirmado o pagamento; Com o objectivo de garantir a qualidade do evento, em especial o momento da bolsa de contactos, as inscrições são limitadas; A organização pode interromper as inscrições, caso considere que a qualidade do evento está em risco, retomando as inscrições com a confirmação da presença de novos hosted buyers. Inscrição como expositor Embora o modelo da Bolsa de Contactos assente no contacto dos suppliers (que circulam na sala) junto dos hosted buyers (sentados em mesa), existe ainda a possibilidade de expor em mesa comercial; Incentiva-se a inscrição de empresas do trade, destinos, sponsors e entidades organizadoras. Este espaço funcionará em paralelo à bolsa de contactos; A Organização reserva-se ao direito de convidar sponsors, entidades nacionais e/ou internacionais que considere relevantes e às quais atribua uma mesa institucional para presença neste espaço. Taxa de inscrição Inscrição apenas para o seminário (parte da manhã) 5,00 + IVA 1. Este valor inclui a participação no seminário; 2. Não inclui participação na bolsa de contactos nem nas refeições ou visitas. Página 3 de 8

4 IV Workshop Internacional de Turismo Religioso Inscrição como supplier (programa completo): 1. Primeiro representante 190 acrescido de IVA à taxa legal em vigor; 2. Segundo representante 170 acrescido de IVA à taxa legal em vigor; 3. Os associados da ACISO terão um desconto de 20 sobre os valores antes de IVA indicados nos pontos anteriores. 4. A taxa de inscrição deve ser paga até 24 horas após a confirmação da inscrição por parte da organização. Serviços incluídos na inscrição no programa completo: 1. Participação no seminário e na bolsa de contactos; 2. Refeições: almoço do Workshop e jantar de encerramento; 3. Base de dados com contatos e perfil dos buyers convidados. Inscrição como expositor: 1. Cada mesa terá um custo de 450 acrescido de IVA à taxa legal em vigor; 2. Os associados da ACISO terão um desconto de 20 sobre o valor antes de IVA indicado no ponto anterior. A inscrição como expositor inclui: 1. Inscrição do 1º representante no programa completo; 2. Mesa (dim. aprox. 80 x 1,20); 3. 3 cadeiras; 4. Possibilidade de colocação de roll-up (dimensão máxima aprox. 2m x 1,20m) 5. 5 IV IV Workshop International Internacional Workshop de on Turismo Religious Religioso Tourism REGULATION ACISO Business Association Ourém-Fátima, in collaboration with the Municipality of Ourém and the support of Turismo de Portugal and Turismo do Centro de Portugal, is organizing the IV International Workshop on Religious Tourism (IWRT) on February the 26 th, in Fátima, Portugal. The IWRT has as main moments a Seminar (in the morning) and B2B meetings (in the afternoon). The Seminar is open to anyone interested. The B2B meetings are open to professionals in one of three categories: hosted buyers, suppliers and exhibitors. Hosted Buyers: The organization will invite tour operators from consolidated and emerging markets, with outgoing operations specialized in Religious Tourism. These guest operators, hosted buyers, will have access to a comprehensive familiarization program with Portugal and religious tourism which can be extended until March the 3 rd. Suppliers: All those interested in developing businesses in religious tourism, with particular focus on specialized operators for incoming, accommodation, transport, touristic anchors, catering and others with similar nature. Exhibitors: those who want to have a special exposure, buying a table at the B2B event or those invited by the organization (sponsors, international partners, among others). OBJECTIVES Promote the exchange of business contacts among the participants; Promote Portugal internationally as a prime destination for Religious Tourism; Reinforce the importance of Religious Tourism in the context of the global tourism industry; Página 5 de 8

The morning will be dedicated to a seminar with the theme: Religious Tourism: the profile of the 21 st century tourist". The seminar will feature reference speakers from Portugal and abroad. The program will be publicized in due time. The afternoon will be dedicated to one-to-one meetings, with the presence of a significant number of international players on Religious Tourism (as reference the III edition in 2015 was attended by 80 hosted buyers, coming from 25 countries). Each hosted buyer will be assigned to a table on which they will be available to receive suppliers. Each participant must respect the maximum of 10 minutes per meeting at each table, ensuring thus that all participants have the opportunity to maximize the number of contacts. REGISTRATION Registrations are limited, and can only be made in four categories: seminar, suppliers, hosted buyers and exhibitors. Hosted buyers can only enter by invitation, but, nonetheless, the organization encourages their application through the website. Seminar registration (morning only): Anyone interested in the theme can enroll for the seminar; Registrations are subjected to confirmation, considering the criteria of arrival, regarding the following paragraphs; Application priority will be given to all suppliers, so the admission of any other application will be subjected to room availability; Registration in the morning seminar does not include participation on the one-to-one meetings (in the afternoon) or in meals or visits; Special access conditions may be given to tourism students through request addressed to the organization; Suppliers registration (full day program) Each company can have up to 2 representatives; Deadline for registration: 11 February 2016; Página 6 de 8

7 IV IV Workshop International Internacional Workshop de on Turismo Religious Religioso Tourism Applications are only considered valid after validation by the organization; An application is considered valid after the organization receives payment proof and confirms it; To ensure the quality of the event, namely the one to one meetings, registrations are limited; The organization may interrupt registrations if it considers that the quality of the event is at risk. It will restart registrations when the presence of new hosted buyers is confirmed. Exhibitors registration Although the model of B2B meetings is based on the contact of suppliers (circulating in the room) with hosted buyers (seated at a table), there is the possibility to exhibit at a commercial table; The organization encourages the registration of trade companies, destinations, sponsors and organizers. This space will work in parallel to B2B meetings; The organization has the right to invite sponsors, national and / or international organizations it deems relevant and to which may assign a table for institutional presence in this space. Registration fee Registration in the morning seminar - 5,00 + VAT 1. Includes participation in the seminar; 2. It does not include participation in B2B meetings, meals or visits. Suppliers registration (full day program): 1. First representative 190 plus VAT at the legal rate; 2. Second representative 170 plus VAT at the legal rate; 3. Members of ACISO will have a discount of 20 on the total amount (before VAT) of the preceding points; 4. The application fee must be paid up to 24 hours after the organization confirms the registration. Services included in the full day program registration: 1. Participation in the seminar and the one to one meetings with hosted buyers; Página 7 de 8

Exhibitors registration: 1. Each table costs 450, plus VAT at legal rate; 2. Members of ACISO will have a discount of 20 on the total amount (before VAT) of the preceding point. Exhibitor s space includes: 1. First representative at the workshop (full day program); 2. Table (approx. 80 x 1,20) ; 3. 3 chairs; 4. Possibility to set up a roll-up that does not exceed the width of the table (approx. 2m x 1,20m) ; 5. Possibility to distribute flyers in the participant s folder.
