Right hinged door, with heated frame door and on-site reversible. Self closing and lockable doors with the possibility to fully open the door up to 180. Door switch stops the fan when door is opened to avoid cold air exiting the cell, thus saving energy. Removable triple-chamber balloon magnetic gasket to improve insulation and reduce energy consumption. Operating temperatures can be adjusted from -22 to -15 C or from -20 to -15 C on glass door models. Optimized back to front forced air flow and removable air conveyors provide even temperature distribution and fast cooling in any conditions. Fully compliant HACCP digital control: when temperature exceeds critical limits, an acoustic and visual alarm are activated. Up to two months of event are kept in memory. Three probes constantly monitor the working conditions of the appliance. Internal structure with numerous charging positions available to host grids for a higher net capacity and greater storage space. Stainless steel runners and supports easily disassembled (without any tool) for more convenient cleaning. Anti-corrosion bottom avoids any damage to the cabinet when using agressive detergents to clean the floors. Hidden evaporator thus guaranteeing higher storage capacity and less corrosion problems.
