Somente resultados de atletas licenciados serão reconhecidos pelo IPC SH para fins de Ranking e Recordes. All athletes must be entered by their respective NPCs or authorised organizations by the NPC and accepted by IPC Shooting. All NPCs must declare their entries within the given deadline, late entries are not permitted. Replacement entries may be accepted in the same event only due to injury or medical reason. Supporting documents should be submitted to IPC Shooting office for approval. The LOC must also approve if late changes can be accommodated (e.g. firearms import arrangements).
The competition entry form by name sent in attachment with this Information Pack. All entry forms must be submitted to both IPC SH (ipcshooting@paralympic.org) and the LOC (tiroesportivo@cpb.org.br) by no later than 31 JULY 2013. All entered athletes in the competition should be licensed by IPC Shooting by the final entries deadline. Only results from licenced athletes will be recognized for IPC Shooting Records and Rankings. Classificação Classification A Classificação Internacional será realizada nos dias 1 e 02 de outubro. Os detalhes da agenda de classificação serão revisados pelo escritório de Tiro Esportivo do IPC. Todos os atletas a serem submetidos à classificação deverão se apresentar em 30 minutos antes da hora marcada com os Formulários de Informações Médicas e de Consentimento de Classificação (disponíveis no site www.ipc shooting.org na sessão Downloads and Forms). International Classification will be conducted during 1-2 October 2013. Detailed classification schedule will follow after the revision of the final entries by IPC SH Office. All athletes that will be classified must have arrived 30 minutes prior to the classification process start and have with them the IPC Shooting Medical information Form and Classification Consent Form (available on the IPC Shooting website www.ipc shooting.org in the Downloads and Forms section). Competições por equipe serão consideradas válidas se possuírem um mínimo de quatro países elegíveis. Caso contrário, o evento será cancelado. As confirmações serão feitas pelo IPC SH no momento oportuno. The minimum number of countries per event by the final entries deadline is three. Team events will be considered viable if they have a minimum of four eligible NPCs entered. Otherwise the event is not considered viable and will be cancelled. Respective announcements will be made by IPC Shooting in a timely manner. Resultados Results Os resultados serão enviados ao escritório de Tiro Esportivo do IPC após o término da competição, serão revisados e publicados no site do IPC e o Ranking será atualizado em conformidade. Results will be sent by LOC to IPC SH Office after the competition is finished, and reviewed and published on the IPC SH website and the Ranking list will be updated accordingly. Visto Visa As delegações que necessitam de visto deverão providenciá-los por conta própria. Procure o Consulado ou Embaixada Brasileira mais próxima. The participant delegations which need to issue a visa must provide it in the Brazilian embassy. Look for the nearest Brazilian Consulate or Embassy.
