8 Indicazioni per la sicurea dalla corrente prima di rimuovere i morsetti dalla batteria. Collegare prima il morsetto di contatto che non è collegato alla carroeria. Collegare alla carroeria l'altro morsetto, lontano dalla batteria e dal tubo del carburante. Collegare il caricabatteria per autoveicoli alla corrente elettrica solo successivamente. Dopo il completamento della ricarica scollegare il caricabatteria per autoveicoli dalla corrente elettrica. Scollegare il morsetto di contatto della carroeria solo successivamente. Quindi scollegare il morsetto di contatto della batteria. PERICOLO DI SCOSSA ELETTRICA! Toccare i cavi di connessione polariati (" " e "+") esclusivamente in ambiente isolato! Non lasciare bambini e infanti senza supervisione con il caricabatteria per autoveicoli! I bambini non sono ancora in grado di riconoscere eventuali pericoli derivanti da apparecchi elettrici. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati affinché non giochino con l'apparecchio. Il presente apparecchio può essere utiliato da persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte o da persone inesperte solo se supervisionate o preventivamente istruite sull utilio in sicurea del prodotto e solo se informate dei pericoli legati al prodotto stesso. Non lasciare che i bambini giochino con l'apparecchio. 9 Indicazioni per la sicurea PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE! Evitare situazioni che potrebbero causare una potente esplosione per reazione ossidrica! Durante la ricarica o la carica di mantenimento può fuoriuscire dalla batteria idrogeno in forma gassosa. L'ossidrogeno è una miscela esplosiva di gas di idrogeno e ossigeno. A contatto con fiamme libere (fuochi, braci o scintille) avviene la cosiddetta reazione ossidrica! Effettuare la ricarica e la carica di mantenimento in uno spazio al riparo dagli elementi e con buona aerazione. Assicurarsi dell'assenza di fonti di calore dirette (fiamme, braci o scintille) durante il processo di ricarica o di carica di mantenimento! PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE E INCENDIO! Assicurarsi che materiali esplosivi o infiammabili, ad es. benzina o solventi, non possano incendiarsi durante l'utilio del caricabatteria per autoveicoli! GAS ESPLOSIVI! Evitare fiamme libere e scintille! Assicurare una sufficiente aerazione durante la carica. Durante il processo di carica posizionare la batteria su una superficie ben ventilata. In caso contrario, può subire danni. PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE! Assicurarsi che il cavo di connessione con polo positivo non venga a contatto con condutture di carburante (ad es. tubo della benzina)! PERICOLO DI USTIONI CHIMICHE! Proteggere occhi e pelle dall'eventuale ustione chimica dovuta ad acidi (acido solforico) in caso di contatto con la batteria! Utiliare occhiali di protezione, indumenti e guanti protettivi resistenti agli acidi! In caso di contatto di occhi o pelle con l acido solforico, sciacquare abbondantemente con acqua corrente e pulita il punto interessato e consultare immediatamente un medico! Evitare un cortocircuito elettrico durante il collegamento del caricabatteria per autoveicoli alla batteria. Collegare il cavo di connessione con polo negativo esclusivamente al polo negativo della batteria o alla carroeria. Collegare il cavo di connessione con polo positivo esclusivamente al polo positivo della batteria! In caso di temperature più elevate la potenza in uscita del caricabatteria per autoveicoli diminuisce automaticamente. Utiliare il caricabatteria per autoveicoli esclusivamente con i componenti originali contenuti nella confezione! Non coprire con oggetti il caricabatteria per autoveicoli! In caso contrario, l'apparecchio può subire danni. Proteggere le superfici di contatto elettrico della batteria da cortocircuito! Utiliare il caricabatteria per autoveicoli esclusivamente per la ricarica e la carica di mantenimento di batterie al piombo da 6 V / 12 V non danneggiate (con soluzione elettrolitica o al gel)! In caso contrario il prodotto potrebbe esserne danneggiato. Non utiliare il caricabatteria per autoveicoli per la ricarica o la carica di mantenimento di batterie non ricaricabili. In caso contrario il prodotto potrebbe esserne danneggiato. Non utiliare il caricabatteria per autoveicoli per la ricarica e la carica di mantenimento di una batteria danneggiata o congelata! In caso contrario il prodotto potrebbe esserne danneggiato. Prima dell'allacciamento del caricabatteria, informarsi sulla manutenzione della batteria tramite le istruzioni d'uso originali! Prima di connettere il caricabatteria ad una batteria costantemente collegata ad un veicolo, informarsi sulle procedure elettriche di sicurea e sulla manutenzione tramite le istruzioni d'uso originali del veicolo! 11 Uso Uso Estrarre sempre la spina dalla presa elettrica prima di eseguire interventi sul caricabatteria per autoveicoli. PERICOLO DI SCOSSA ELETTRICA! PERICOLO DI DANNI MATERIALI! PERICOLO DI LESIONI! Caratteristiche del prodotto Questo apparecchio è concepito per caricare una varietà di batterie SLA (batterie al piomboacido sigillate), che a loro volta possono essere utiliate in automobili, motociclette e altri veicoli. Queste possono essere ad esempio batterie WET (con soluzione elettrolitica liquida), al GEL (con soluzione elettrolitica in forma di gel) o AGM (con assorbimento della soluzione elettrolitica tramite matrice). Una particolare progettazione dell'apparecchio (chiamata anche "Strategia della carica in tre stadi") permette una ricarica della batteria fino a quasi il 100% della sua capacità. Inoltre una connessione duratura della batteria al caricabatteria per autoveicoli può riuscire a mantenerla sempre in condizioni ottimali. Collegamento Prima del processo di ricarica o di carica di mantenimento di una batteria collegata in maniera fissa al veicolo, scollegare per prima cosa il cavo di connessione con polo negativo (nero) del veicolo dal polo negativo della batteria. Il polo negativo della batteria è di norma collegato con la carroeria del veicolo. Scollegare poi il cavo di connessione con polo positivo (rosso) del veicolo dal polo positivo della batteria. Collegare poi per prima cosa il morsetto a sgancio rapido con polo "+" (rosso) 5 del caricabatteria al polo "+" della batteria. Collegare poi il morsetto a sgancio rapido con polo " " (nero) 6 al polo " " della batteria. Inserire il cavo di alimentazione 7 del caricabatteria per autoveicoli nella presa di corrente. Avvertenza: se i morsetti sono stati collegati correttamente, sul display viene visualiata la tensione e si accende la scritta "connected" (connesso). Se i poli sono stati invertiti, sul display viene visualiato il numero 0.0 e la scritta "connected" non si accende. Scollegamento Scollegare l'apparecchio dalla corrente elettrica. Scollegare il morsetto a sgancio rapido con polo " " (nero) 6 dal polo " " della batteria. Scollegare il morsetto a sgancio rapido con polo "+" (rosso) 5 dal polo "+" della batteria. Ricollegare il cavo di connessione con polo positivo del veicolo al polo positivo della batteria. Ricollegare il cavo di connessione con polo negativo del veicolo al polo negativo della batteria. Selezionare la modalità di carica È possibile scegliere tra varie modalità di carica per caricare batterie diverse in presenza di differenti temperature ambientali. Diversamente dai soliti caricabatterie per autoveicoli, questo apparecchio dispone di una funzione speciale per rigenerare una batteria o un accumulatore scarichi. È possibile ricaricare una batteria / un accumulatore completamente scarichi. Una protezione contro connessioni errate o cortocircuiti assicura la sicurea del processo di carica. Grazie all elettronica integrata, il caricabatteria per autoveicoli non si aziona immediatamente dopo la connessione alla batteria, ma solamente dopo la selezione di una modalità di carica. Se i morsetti sono collegati alla batteria e l apparecchio è connesso alla corrente elettrica, sul display digitale 8 si illumina la scritta "Connected". 12 Uso Dopo la selezione della modalità di carica si illumina la scritta "Charging" (in carica). A carica completata si illumina la scritta "Charged" (caricato). Se il display digitale rimane costantemente acceso prima che la batteria sia completamente carica, allora si è in presenza di un errore. In tal caso controllare nuovamente che i morsetti 6, 5, siano collegati correttamente alla batteria e che sia stato selezionato il tipo di batteria giusto. Se tuttavia il display dovesse rimanere costantemente illuminato, la batteria sarà probabilmente danneggiata. Tasto Digital Display 1 : permette di cambiare il display digitale della tensione e quello dell'avanzamento della ricarica esprimendolo in percentuale (Battery % - % batteria). Utiliare questo tasto per alternare la visualiazione dei seguenti indicatori: Batterie %: indica l'avanzamento della ricarica della batteria collegata espresso in percentuale. Tensione: indica la tensione della batteria collegata. Alternator %: potenza in uscita espressa in percentuale Tasto Battery Type 2 : utiliare questo tasto per selezionare il tipo di batteria da ricaricare. In questo caso è possibile scegliere tra i tipi di batterie. È d'obbligo impostare correttamente il tipo di batteria, prima di avviare il processo di carica: 12 V Regular: queste batterie (batterie al piombo acido) sono di norma utiliate in automobili, autocarri e motociclette. Queste sono dotate di cappe di ventilazione e sono spesso contrassegnate con l'indicazione "manutenzione ridotta" o "esente da manutenzione". Questo tipo di batteria è progettato per trasmettere rapidamente energia (ad es. all'avviamento di un motore). Le batterie "Regular" non devono essere utiliate per la funzione "Deep Cycle". 12 V Deep Cycle: queste batterie sono contrassegnate normalmente con l indicazione "Deep Cycle" o "Marine". Batterie di questo tipo sono di regola più grandi degli altri tipi di batterie. Trasmettono meno energia in tempi brevi, ma sono concepite per un trasferimento di energia più duraturo. Queste batterie sopportano numerosi cicli di scarica. 12 V AGM / Gel: le batterie di tipo AGM sono di regola buone batterie Deep Cycle. Hanno il "ciclo di vita" più lungo se vengono ricaricate prima di scaricarsi oltre il 50%. Nel caso in cui vengano scaricate completamente, sopportano circa 300 cicli di ricarica. Le batterie di tipo GEL sono simili al tipo AGM. La tensione durante la ricarica è più bassa rispetto alle altre batterie al piombo acido. Se si utilia il caricabatteria sbagliato per la batteria GEL, è prevedibile una riduzione delle prestazioni o della durata. 6 V Regular: selezionare questa modalità per le batterie standard da 6 V. Tasto Charge Start 3 : utiliare questo tasto per selezionare una delle seguenti opzioni: Fast Charge: carica veloce (consigliata in presenza di basse temperature esterne / in inverno) Normal Charge: normale processo di carica (velocità normale) Start: trasmette in tempi brevi 75 Ampere, per riuscire ad azionare il motore con una batteria poco carica o scarica Attenzione: questa modalità si conclude solamente scollegando il cavo di alimentazione 7. Utilio della funzione di avviamento di emergenza È obbligatorio effettuare tutti i collegamenti come descritto e nell'ordine corretto. In caso contrario l elettronica del veicolo potrebbe danneggiarsi. In caso di un procedura contraria alle disposizioni descritte, l'utente opera a proprio rischio e pericolo. Attenzione: questa funzione non è idonea a batterie al di sotto dei 45 Ah. Nel caso di batterie 12 IT _ULG12B3_KFZ-LADEGERAET_content_Block_5_IT-PT-GB-DE.indb :41

13 Uso inferiori a 45 Ah, questa funzione potrebbe danneggiare la batteria. Con veicoli a diesel e motori a benzina di grossa cilindrata a volte sono necessarie intensità di corrente superiori ai 75 A per l avviamento. Avvertenza: il caricabatteria dispone di un programma di analisi, che protegge la batteria dal danneggiamento (ad es. solfatazione, diminuzione eccessiva della tensione), specialmente nella funzione di avviamento di emergenza. Se le batterie sono molto scariche o molto malconce, per proteggere la batteria l'apparecchio non innesca l'avviamento di emergenza. Durante questo processo la batteria viene caricata già con una corrente minore (si accende la scritta 'Charging', in carica). Poi il display rimane fermo a "0". In tal caso non è possibile utiliare la funzione di avviamento di emergenza. Così si protegge la batteria da eventuali danni. Prima si deve infatti procedere alla ricarica della batteria. A tal scopo è possibile utiliare la funzione "Fast Charge" (carica veloce) o "Normal Charge" (carica normale). Se i morsetti sono collegati correttamente, il caricabatteria per autoveicoli selezionerà automaticamente il tipo di batteria giusto, che si potrà controllare nel campo opzione "Battery-Type" (tipo di batteria) ed eventualmente modificare premendo il tasto 'Battery Type' 2. Selezionare ora la funzione "Start" (avviamento) con il tasto 3 "Charge Start" (avviamento carica). Il caricabatterie per autoveicoli analia ora lo stato di carica della batteria. Il display indica ora "0". Procedere ora all'accensione del veicolo. Sul display inizia ora un conto alla rovescia di 5 secondi (di cui 2 secondi di caricamento/ analisi e 3 secondi di funzione di avviamento con 75 A), nel caso in cui fosse necessario un supporto all avviamento tramite il caricabatteria per autoveicoli (questa necessità viene verificata in precedenza dal caricabatteria). Durante questo conto alla rovescia il caricabatteria per autoveicoli trasmette in tempi brevi 75 A per portare la batteria ad azionare il motore. Segue una pausa di 180 secondi per la salvaguardia della batteria. Ora ricomincia il ciclo (2 secondi di caricamento/analisi e 3 secondi di funzione di avviamento con 75A / 180 secondi di pausa). Per scollegare l apparecchio rimuovere prima i morsetti ( 6 / 5 ) e staccare alla fine il cavo di alimentazione 7. Avvertenza: se la batteria è completamente scarica, i 75 A non sono sufficienti per l'avvio del motore in tutti i veicoli (ad es. veicoli a diesel). In tal caso selezionare con il tasto 'Charge Start' 3 l'opzione "Fast Charge" e ricaricare la batteria fino al 60% (nei motori a diesel il preriscaldamento della batteria consuma energia. In questo caso il 60% si calcola da dopo il preriscaldamento). È possibile seguire l'avanzamento della ricarica selezionando con il tasto Digital Display (display digitale) 1 l'opzione "Batterie %". Una volta raggiunto il 60%, azionare nuovamente la funzione di avviamento di emergenza. Attenzione: concludere questa modalità scollegando il cavo di alimentazione 7. Funzione di test della dinamo Inserire il cavo di alimentazione 7 del caricabatteria per autoveicoli nella presa di corrente. Fissare il morsetto rosso 5 al polo positivo della batteria (il polo positivo è contrassegnato da un "+" e da un segno rosso). Se utilizar o carregador errado para carregar uma bateria de gel, espera-se um desempenho reduzido ou uma vida útil menor. 6 V regular: Selecione este modo para pilhas de 6 V comercializadas. Caso proceda contrariamente às especificações descritas, agirá por seu próprio risco e responsabilidade. Atenção: Esta função não é adequada a baterias com menos de 45 Ah. Em baterias com menos de 45 Ah, esta função poderia danificar a bateria. Em veículos a gasóleo e em motores a gasolina de grande volume, são necessárias intensidades de corrente superiores a 75 A para o arranque. Aviso: O carregador possui um programa de análise que protege a bateria contra danos (p. ex., sulfatação, queda excessiva da tensão), em especial na função auxiliar de arranque. Com baterias muito descarregadas ou desgastadas, para proteger a bateria o aparelho não liga o auxiliar de arranque. Durante este processo, a bateria é carregada com baixas correntes ( Charging acende). O visor para então em 0. Neste caso, a função auxiliar de arranque não é possível. Para desligar o aparelho, desligue primeiro os bornes de ligação ( 6 / 5 ) e, em seguida, puxe o cabo de alimentação 7. Aviso: Se a bateria estiver totalmente descarregada, os 75 A não são suficientes para fazer arrancar o motor em todos os veículos (p. ex., motores a gasóleo). Função de ensaio dos alternadores Ligue o cabo de alimentação 7 do carregador para automóvel à tomada. Prenda o borne de ligação vermelho 5 ao polo positivo da bateria. (O polo positivo está identificado com um + e com uma marca vermelha.) Prenda o borne de ligação preto 6 ao polo negativo da bateria. (O polo negativo está identificado com um e com uma marca preta.) Ligue a função do alternador (LED ao lado do alternador) com o botão 1. Aparece um valor de % no visor. Ligue o motor. Se o valor de % subir com o motor em funcionamento, o alternador está a carregar a bateria. Se o valor de % baixar ou permanecer igual, é sinal de que o alternador, a ligação ao alternador ou à bateria tem um problema. Desligue o aparelho da corrente elétrica. Retire o borne de contacto rápido do polo (preto) 6 do polo da bateria. Retire o borne de ligação de contacto rápido do polo + (vermelho) 5 do polo + da bateria. Substituir o fusível O fusível do carregador para automóvel pode ser danificado, p. ex., devido a uma falha do aparelho, a sobrecarga, etc... Antes de substituir o fusível, desligue primeiro o cabo de alimentação 7 Retire a tampa do fusível 4, pressionando ligeiramente de lado. Product properties This device is designed for charging many SLA batteries (sealed lead-acid batteries), which are mostly used in cars, motorcycles and some other vehicles. They can be, e.g., WET (with liquid electrolyte), GEL (with electrolyte gel) or AGM batteries (with electrolyte-absorbent mats). A special design of the device (also called a "three-stage charging strategy") permits recharging of the battery to nearly 100% of its capacity. The battery may also be connected to the car charger permanently in order to keep it in optimal condition at all times. Connection Disconnect the minus pole connection cable (black) of the vehicle from the minus pole of the battery first before charging and maintenance charging if the battery is continually connected in the vehicle. The minus pole of your battery is usually connected to the car body of the vehicle. Then disconnect the plus pole connection cable (red) of the vehicle from the plus pole of the battery. 35 Operation Note: If the connection terminals are connected correctly, the display indicates the voltage and the display "connected" lights up. If polarity is reversed, the display shows 0.0 and the display "connected" does not light up. In this case, check again if the connection terminals 6, 5 are correctly attached to the battery and whether the correct battery type has been chosen. If the display lights up continually anyway, there may be a defect in the battery. Disconnecting Disconnect the device from the mains current. Disconnect the " "-pole quick contact-connection terminal (black) 6 from the " "-pole of the battery. Disconnect the "+"-pole quick contact-connection terminal (red) 5 from the "+"-pole of the battery. Reconnect the plus pole connection cable of the battery to the plus pole of the battery. Choosing the charging mode You can choose from different charging modes for charging different batteries at different ambiance temperatures. As compared to conventional car chargers, this device has a special function for reuse of a flat battery/rechargeable battery. You can recharge a completely discharged battery/ rechargeable battery. Protection against wrong connection and short circuit ensures safe charging. The integrated electronics do not start the car charger at once after connection of the battery, but only after a charging mode has been selected. If the connection terminals are connected to the battery and the device is connected to the mains, the digital display 8 will show "Connected". After the charging mode has been selected, the display "Charging" lights up. When charging is complete, the display "Charged" lights up. If the digital display is continually lit before the battery is completely charged, there is a defect. Digital display button 1 : Permits replacing of the digital display of the voltage and the charging progress in percent (battery %). Use this button in order to switch between the following displays: Battery %: shows the charging progress of the connected battery in percent. Voltage: shows the voltage of the connected battery. Alternator %: Output power in percent Battery type button 2 : Use this button to set the type of the battery to be charged. You can choose between different battery types here. The battery type must be set correctly before charging commences: 12 V Regular: These batteries (lead-acid batteries) are usually used in cars, trucks and motorcycles. They have venting caps and are often marked as "low-maintenance" or "no maintenance". This battery type is meant for transferring energy quickly (e.g. starting an engine). "Regular" batteries should not be used for "Deep Cycle" applications. 12 V Deep Cycle: These batteries are usually also marked as "Deep Cycle" or "Marine". Batteries of this type are usually larger than other battery types. This supplies less short-term energy, but a longer-term energy transmission. These batteries can withstand a large number of discharge cycles. 12 V AGM/gel: The battery types AGM are usually good deep cycle batteries. They have the best "service life" when they are recharged before they have been discharged by more than 50%. At complete discharge, they can withstand about 300 charge cycles. For batteries below 45 Ah, this function may damage the battery. For diesel vehicles and large-volume gasoline motors, higher currents than 75 A are needed for starting at times. Note: The charger has an analysis program that protects the battery from damage in particular for the jump-start function (e.g. sulphatisation, too strong voltage drops). If the batteries are discharged very strongly or subject to very high stress, the device will not activate the jump-starter to protect the battery. To disconnect the device, remove the connection terminals first ( 6 / 5 ) and then pull the mains cable 7. Vermeiden Sie elektrischen Kurzschluss beim Anschluss des Kfz-Ladegerätes an die Batterie. Schließen Sie das Minus-Pol- Anschlusskabel ausschließlich an den Minuspol der Batterie bzw. an die Karosserie. Schließen Sie das Plus-Pol-Anschlusskabel ausschließlich an den Plus-Pol der Batterie! Stellen Sie vor dem Netzstromanschluss sicher, dass der Netzstrom vorschriftsmäßig mit 230 V~ 50 Hz, geerdetem Nullleiter, einer 16 A Sicherung und einem FI-Schalter (Fehlerstromschutzschalter) ausgestattet ist! 47 Bedienung Bedienung Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker immer aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie Arbeiten am Kfz-Ladegerät durchführen. STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR! GEFAHR EINES SACHSCHADENS! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Produkteigenschaften Dieses Gerät ist zum Laden einer Vielfalt von SLA-Batterien (versiegelter Bleisäure-Batterien) konzipiert, welche weitestgehend in PKWs, Motorrädern und einigen anderen Fahrzeugen verwendet werden. Diese können z.b. WET- (mit flüssigem Elektrolyt), GEL- (mit gelförmigem Elektrolyt) oder AGM-Batterien (mit Elektrolyt absorbierenden Matten) sein. Eine spezielle Konzeption des Gerätes (auch Drei-Stufen-Lade-Strategie genannt) ermöglicht ein Wiederaufladen der Batterie bis auf fast 100 % ihrer Kapazität. Ferner kann ein Langzeitanschluss der Batterie mit dem Kfz-Ladegerät erfolgen, um diese möglichst immer in optimalem Zustand zu halten. Anschließen Trennen Sie vor dem Auflade- und Erhaltungsladevorgang, bei einer ständig im Fahrzeug angeschlossenen Batterie, zuerst das Minus-Pol-Anschlusskabel (schwarz) des Fahrzeugs vom Minus-Pol der Batterie. Der Minus-Pol der Batterie ist in der Regel mit der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs verbunden. Trennen Sie anschließend das Plus-Pol- Anschlusskabel (rot) des Fahrzeugs vom Plus-Pol der Batterie. Klemmen Sie erst dann die + -Pol Schnellkontakt-Anschlussklemme (rot) 5 des Kfz-Ladegeräts an den + -Pol der Batterie. Wenn das digitale Display ständig aufleuchtet, bevor die Batterie komplett geladen ist, besteht ein Fehler. Überprüfen Sie in diesem Fall nochmals, ob die Anschlussklemmen 6, 5 korrekt an der Batterie angebracht sind und ob der Batterietyp richtig ausgewählt wurde. Sollte das Display dennoch ständig aufleuchten, liegt womöglich ein Defekt der Batterie vor. Digital-Display-Taste 1 : Ermöglicht das Wechseln der digitalen Anzeige der Spannung und des Ladefortschritts in Prozent (Battery %). Verwenden Sie diese Taste, um zwischen den folgenden Anzeigen zu wechseln: Batterie %: zeigt den Ladefortschritt der angeschlossenen Batterie in Prozent an. Spannung: zeigt die Spannung der angeschlossenen Batterie an. Alternator %: Ausgangsleistung in Prozent Battery-Type-Taste 2 : Verwenden Sie diese Taste, um den Typ der zu ladenden Batterie einzustellen. Sie können hier zwischen Batterietypen wählen. Der Batterietyp muss zwingend korrekt eingestellt werden, bevor der Ladevorgang beginnt: 12 V Regular: Diese Batterien (Blei-Säure Batterien) werden in der Regel in PKW, LKW und Motorrädern verwendet. Diese haben Entlüftungskappen und sind oft als wartungsarm oder wartungsfrei gekennzeichnet. Der Batterietyp ist dafür ausgelegt, schnell Energie zu übertragen (z.b. Starten eines Motors). Batterien dieses Typs sind in der Regel größer als andere Batterietypen. Diese liefert weniger kurzfristige Energie, aber dafür eine langfristigere Energieübertragung. Diese Batterien überstehen eine Vielzahl von Entladezyklen. 12 V AGM / Gel: Die Batterietypen AGM sind in der Regel gute Deep Cycle Batterien. Sie haben die beste Lebensdauer, wenn sie wieder aufgeladen werden, bevor diese mehr als 50 % entladen wurden. Bei vollständiger Entladung, übersteht diese etwa 300 Ladezyklen. Der Batterietyp GEL ist ähnlich dem Batterietyp AGM. Die Spannung beim Wiederaufladen ist niedriger als bei anderen Blei-Säure Batterien. Charge-Start-Taste 3 : Verwenden Sie diese Taste, um zwischen den folgenden Optionen zu wählen: Fast Charge: schnelles Laden (empfohlen bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen / Winter) Normal Charge: normaler Ladevorgang (normale Geschwindigkeit) Start: liefert Ihnen kurzfristig 75 Ampere, um eine schwach geladene oder leere Batterie zum Zwecke des Motorstarts zu überbrücken Achtung: Modus kann durch Ziehen des Netz - kabels 7 oder durch wiederholtes Drücken der Charge-Start-Taste 3 (wiederholtes Drücken, bis kein Modus mehr angezeigt wird) beendet werden. Starthilfefunktion verwenden Führen Sie zwingend alle Anschlüsse wie beschrieben und in der richtigen Reihenfolge durch. Andernfalls kann die Elektronik des Fahrzeugs beschädigt werden. Bei einer Vorgehensweise entgegengesetzt der beschriebenen Vorgaben, handeln Sie auf eigene Gefahr und Verantwortung. Achtung: Diese Funktion ist nicht für Batterien kleiner 45 Ah geeignet. Bei Batterien kleiner 45 Ah könnte diese Funktion zur Beschädigung der Batterie führen. Bei Dieselfahrzeugen und großvolumigen Benzinmotoren werden teilweise höhere Stromstärken als 75 A für den Startvorgang benötigt. 49 Bedienung Analyseprogramm, welches insbesondere in der Starthilfefunktion die Batterie vor Beschädigungen schützt (z.b. Sulfatisierung, zu starkes Abfallen der Spannung). Bei sehr stark entladenen oder stark strapazierten Batterien, schaltet das Gerät zum Schutz der Batterie die Starthilfe nicht ein. Während dieses Vorgangs wird die Batterie bereits mit niedrigen Strömen geladen (Charging leuchtet auf). Das Display bleibt dann auf 0 stehen. In diesem Fall ist die Starthilfefunktion nicht möglich. Dies schützt die Batterie vor Beschädigungen. Die Batterie sollte dann erst geladen werden. Hierzu kann auch die Funktion Fast Charge oder Normal Charge genutzt werden. Sind die Anschlussklemmen korrekt angeschlossen, wählt das Kfz-Ladegerät automatisch den richtigen Batterietyp. Diesen können Sie im Op tionsfeld Battery-Type kontrollieren und ggf. durch Drücken der Battery-Type-Taste 2 ändern. Wählen Sie nun mit der Charge-Start-Taste 3 die Funktion Start. Das Kfz-Ladegerät analysiert nun den Ladezustand der Batterie. Das Display zeigt nun 0 an. Betätigen Sie nun die Zündung des Fahrzeugs. Auf dem Display startet nun ein Countdown von 5 Sekunden (davon 2 Sekunden Vorlaufbzw. Analysefunktion und 3 Sekunden Starthilfefunktion mit 75 A), wenn eine Startunterstützung durch das Kfz-Ladegerät notwendig ist (dies wird vorab vom Kfz- Ladegerät analysiert). Während dieses Countdowns liefert Ihnen das Kfz-Ladegerät kurzfristig 75 A, um die Batterie zum Zwecke des Motorstarts zu überbrücken. Danach folgt zur Schonung der Batterie eine Pause von 180 Sekunden. Nun beginnt der Zyklus von neuem (2 Sekunden Vorlauf- bzw. Analysefunktion und 3 Sekunden Starthilfefunktion mit 75 A / 180 Sekunden Pause). Zum Trennen des Gerätes entfernen Sie zunächst die Anschlussklemmen ( 6 / 5 ) und ziehen Sie anschließend das Netzkabel 7. Hinweis: Ist die Batterie komplett entladen, reichen die 75 A nicht bei allen Fahrzeugen zum Start des Motors aus (z. B. Dieselfahrzeuge). In diesem Fall wählen Sie bitte mit der Charge-Start-Taste 3 die Option Fast Charge und laden Sie die Batterie bis 60 % auf (bei Dieselmotoren entzieht die Vorglühung der Batterie Energie. Hier müssen die 60 % nach dem Glühvorgang anliegen). Den Ladefortschritt können Sie am Display verfolgen, indem Sie mit der Digital Display-Taste 1 die Option Batterie % wählen. Sind die 60 % erreicht, führen Sie die Starthilfefunktion erneut durch. Achtung: Beenden Sie den Modus durch Ziehen des Netzkabels 7 oder durch wiederholtes Drücken der Charge-Start-Taste 3 (wiederholtes Drücken, bis kein Modus mehr angezeigt wird). Lichtmaschinen-Test-Funktion Schließen Sie das Netzkabel 7 des Kfz- Ladegeräts an die Steckdose an. Befestigen Sie die rote Anschlussklemme 5 am Pluspol Ihrer Batterie. (Der Pluspol ist durch ein + und eine rote Markierung gekennzeichnet.) Befestigen Sie die schwarze Anschlussklemme 6 am Minuspol Ihrer Batterie. (Der Minuspol ist durch ein und eine schwarze Markierung gekennzeichnet.) Stellen Sie die Funktion Alternator (LED neben Alternator) über Taste 1 ein. Es erscheint ein %-Wert auf dem Display. Den Motor starten. Wenn bei laufendem Motor der %-Wert steigt, lädt die Lichtmaschine die Batterie. Falls der %-Wert sinkt oder gleich bleibt, liegt ein Problem der Lichtmaschine, der Verbindung mit der Lichtmaschine oder der Batterie vor. Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netzstrom. Nehmen Sie die -Pol-Schnellkontakt- Anschluss klemme (schwarz) 6 vom -Pol der Batterie. Nehmen Sie die + -Pol-Schnellkontakt- Anschlussklemme (rot) 5 vom + -Pol der Batterie. Bevor Sie die Sicherung wechseln, ziehen Sie zunächst das Netzkabel 7 Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung der Sicherung 4 indem Sie diese seitlich leicht eindrücken. Schrauben Sie mit einem passenden Maul schlüssel die Sicherung 4 ab und befestigen Sie die neue Sicherung. Im Anschluss schrauben Sie diese fest und bringen die Abdeckung 4 wieder an.
