Visit for more information. 9. Starting Up Connect the solar panel to the ground stake in a dry place. In a sunny location, either: insert the ground stake into the ground; fix the base attachment to the wall with the tubes and screws or attach the light to a pillar/fence. Insert the plug of the LED string into the back of the panel. Switch ON. 10. Detailed Description LED lights for indoor and outdoor use. Automatically come on at dusk and switch off after 8 hours. Includes solar panel with rechargeable batteries, multi function controller, wall/fence bracket and ground stake. During the day the solar panel converts sunlight into electricity and recharges the battery. At night the light turns on automatically with the solar energy generated electricity that has been stored during the day. The number of hours the light stays on depends on your geographical location as well as weather and seasonal conditions. The rechargeable batteries have been inserted into their housing and were fully charged before despatch. Should the light be low at first use, allow the batteries to fully charge before use. Once the rechargeable batteries have been replaced, return the light outdoors and allow them to charge for at least 5 hours. On a cloudy or rainy day, the charge may take approximately 10 hours and the light will last approximately 3 4 hours, fading gradually. The batteries can last up to one year (around 500 charges). This is dependent on climate conditions. 11. Safety Supervise the use of this product. This product is not a toy Do not assemble the product in a damp location.

Technical Specification Size: 3mm lights, 10cm apart; 200cmL lead (green) Solar Panel: 1 Watt Solar Panel (poly crystalline) Battery: three 1300mAh Ni MH rechargeable batteries Functions: 8 pattern LED: 60/ Installation 1. Assemble the product in a dry location before installation. Connect the solar panel to the ground stake. 2. Choose a suitable and safe location with full, direct sunlight. Do not place in the shadow of other objects. Do not place near other outdoor lighting as these may make this light turn off automatically. Insert the ground stake into the ground. 3. Alternatively, fix the base attachment to the wall with the tubes and screws. Attach the panel to the base attachment.
5 4. Another alternative is to attach the light to a pillar or fence. Assemble the parts as shown below, then fix the attachment onto the pillar or fence and screw on the butterfly nut tightly. 5. Insert the plug of the LED string into the back of the panel. 6. Switch to ON and press the MODE button for the functions. Press the MODE button for three seconds for permanent light. 7. Switch to position C if the weather is cloudy to charge the battery only. 8. Switch to position A to turn on the light. 9. Place the LED string in your desired location.
6 14. Care and Maintenance To replace the battery, switch OFF. Screw off the back of the solar panel. Change the battery with three 1300mAh Ni MH rechargeable batteries. Always keep the solar surface clean and clear of debris to prevent interference with the battery charge. Before charging the batteries, make sure they are inserted the correct way round (observe the polarity). Make sure the battery is rechargeable. 15. Troubleshooting Problem : The battery will not charge fully? Ensure that the switch is ON Make sure the light is located in a sunny place and not in a shadow If the weather has been cloudy or overcast, it is likely that the battery will not be charged. It will be recharged during the next sunny day. Problem : The light doesn t work at night when the switch at the right hand side is set to C? Num local ao sol, introduza a estaca no chão; fixe a base numa parede ou prenda a luz num pilar/ cerca. Introduza a ficha do cordão LED na parte de trás do painel. Ligue. 10. Descrição Detalhada Luz LED para utilizar no interior e exterior. Liga automaticamente ao entardecer e desliga após 8 horas. Inclui painel solar com pilhas recarregáveis, controlador multifunções, suporte para parede/ cerca e estaca para o chão. Durante o dia, o painel solar converte a luz solar em eletricidade e recarrega a bateria. À noite a luz liga automaticamente com a energia que foi armazenada durante o dia. O número de horas que a luz fica acesa depende da localização geográfica e de outros fatores relacionados com o tempo e condições sazonais. As baterias recarregáveis foram introduzidas no respetivo compartimento e foram totalmente carregadas antes do envio. Caso a luz seja fraca na primeira utilização, deixe que as baterias carreguem totalmente antes de utilizar. Quando substituir as baterias recarregáveis, volte a colocar no exterior e deixe carregar pelo menos 5 horas. Nos dias de chuva ou com muitas nuvens, a carga pode demorar aproximadamente 10 horas e a luz dura aproximadamente 3 4 horas, ficando mais fraca gradualmente. As baterias podem durar cerca de 1 ano (aproximadamente 500 cargas). Isto depende das condições atmosféricas. 11. Segurança Supervisione a utilização deste produto. Este produto não é um brinquedo. 11 4. Outra alternativa é fixar a luz num pilar ou numa cerca. Monte as peças conforme a ilustração abaixo, fixe o suporte num pilar ou numa cerca e aperte a porca de orelhas. 5. Introduza a ficha do cabo LED na parte de trás do painel. 6. Ligue e pressione o botão MODE para selecionar as funções. Pressione o botão MODE durante 3 segundos para manter aceso permanentemente.
12 7. Mude para a posição C se o tempo estiver nebulado para carregar a bateria apenas. 8. Mude para a posição A para ligar a luz. 9. Coloque o fio LED na localização desejada. 14. Cuidado e Manutenção Para substituir a bateria, desligue. Desaperte a parte de trás do painel solar. Substitua as pilhas por três pilhas recarregáveis novas de 1300mAh Ni MH. Mantenha sempre a superfície solar limpa e sem detritos para prevenir interferências com o carregamento da bateria. Antes de carregar as baterias, verifique se estas estão introduzidas corretamente (observe a polaridade). Verifique se a bateria está recarregada.
13 15. Resolução de Problemas Problema: A bateria não carrega totalmente? Verifique se o switch está ligado Verifique se a luz está situada num lugar ao sol e não à sombra.
