Apresentar metodologias e instrumentos para a tipificação de elementos a integrar numa estrutura ecológica urbana. Apresentar estratégias para operacionalizar a implementação de estruturas ecológicas urbanas. Conteúdos programáticos Morfologia e estruturas da paisagem. Estrutura cultural. Evolução morfológica e funcional do espaço público urbano: composição dos elementos morfológicos urbanos e tipologia de espaços públicos e verdes urbanos. Conceitos de delimitação e de ligação. Riscos e fluxos naturais. Sistemas húmidos e sistemas secos. Sistemas de corredores e sistemas pontuais. 3 Metodologias de ensino (avaliação incluída) Aulas teóricas expositivas e interativas com recurso a meios audio visuais de abordagem dos temas; aulas práticas com trabalho de reconhecimento de campo orientado; aulas teórico-práticas de análise de casos práticos, discussão e debate crítico das matérias e exercícios em sala de aula; comparação de exemplos e estudo de casos; orientação tutorial de pesquisas, trabalhos práticos e estudo livre. A avaliação será contínua, sem exame, através de dois exercícios práticos com índices de ponderação de 40% para o 1º trabalho e 60% para o segundo. O 1º trabalho prático será de reconhecimento de campo de elementos fundamentais para uma estrutura ecológica urbana e o 2º será de proposta e análise comparativa com outras propostas existentes Todos os trabalhos terão apresentação e discussão em aula e serão classificados numa escala de 0 a 20. O aluno obtém aproveitamento se obtiver classificação ponderada final igual ou superior a 9,5 valores. To present methodologies and instruments to assess the elements that must be integrated into an urban ecological structure. To present strategies for the implementation of urban ecological structures Syllabus 1. Morphology and landscape structures. 2. Cultural structure. 3. Morphological and functional evolution of urban public space: composition of urban morphological elements and typology of urban and public spaces. 4. Concepts of delimitation and connection. 5. Natural risks and flows. 6. Wet systems and dry systems. 7. Linear systems and multipoint systems. 8. 6 Teaching methodologies (including evaluation) The following methodologies will be used: Theoretical and expositive lectures with audio visual means to approach the themes; Practical classes with field-oriented recognition work; Theoretical-practical classes for the field case analysis; discussion and critical debate of the subjects and exercises in the classroom; Contrast of examples and case studies; Tutorial orientation of researches; practical work and free study. The evaluation will be continuous, without examination, including two practical exercises with weighting indices of 40% for the 1st work and 60% for the second one. The first practical work will be field recognition of fundamental elements for an urban ecological structure and the 2nd will be of proposal and comparative analysis with other existing proposals All assignments will be presented and discussed in class and will be graded from 0 to 20. The student will be successful if he or she has a final weighted average of 9.5 or higher.
