Os alunos deverão ter conhecimentos básicos de gestão administrativa e estratégica de RH e de processos sociais no espaço de trabalho Objetivos de aprendizagem (conhecimentos, aptidões e competências) - Caracterizar a organização? - Definir e aplicar procedimentos de gestão administrativa e estratégica dos RH - Colaborar no planeamento de processos de mudança organizacional - Colaborar no diagnóstico e planeamento de ações de desenvolvimento de competências dos colaboradores - Agir de acordo com princípios éticos e deontológicos? - Desenvolver o sentido crítico e reflexivo? Desenvolver capacidades na definição de objetivos de trabalho? - Desenvolver competências de comunicação, empreendedorismo e proatividade no trabalho? - Desenvolver um projeto - Utilizar procedimentos de pesquisa. 3 Conteúdos programáticos 1. Caracterização da instituição de acolhimento? 1. Identificação das oportunidades de ação e intervenção? 2. Planeamento de uma intervenção? 3. Aplicação de uma intervenção? 4. Avaliação dos resultados da intervenção e acompanhamento dos mesmos? 5. Reflexão crítica sobre as aquisições e trabalho desenvolvido? 6. Elaboração de um relatório técnico sobre a ação do GRH e do seu trabalho em particular Metodologias de ensino (avaliação incluída) As metodologias de ensino são primordialmente práticas em local de estágio com supervisão do responsável na instituição de acolhimento e do docente orientador. De acordo com o regulamento de avaliação previsto no plano de estudos e da Universidade do Algarve para a formação avançada, o aluno deverá apresentar publicamente um relatório de estágio dando maior relevo ao projeto desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio (100%). 5 Pre-requisites no pre-requisites Prior knowledge and skills Previous knowledge of scientific methodology and data analysis in SPSS in order to support the design, implementation and follow up of HRM processes and to achievement out the internship report. Students should have basic knowledge of administrative and strategic management of HR and social processes in the workplace. The students intended learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences) - Characterize the organization; - Define and implement HR administrative and strategic management procedures - Collaborate in the planning of processes of organizational change - Collaborate in the diagnosis and planning of employee competency development actions - Acting in accordance with ethical and deontological principles; - To develop critical and reflexive sense; To develop capacities in the definition of work objectives; - Develop communication skills, entrepreneurship and proactivity at work; - Develop a project - Use research procedures. Syllabus 1. Characterization of the organization; 1. Identification of opportunities for action and intervention; 2. Planning an intervention; 3. Application of an intervention; 4. Evaluation of the results of the intervention and follow-up of the same; 5. Critical reflection on the acquisitions and work developed; 6. Elaboration of a technical report on the action of HRM and its work in particular Teaching methodologies (including evaluation) The teaching methodologies are primarily practical in the place of internship with supervision of the responsible in the organization and the teacher. According to the evaluation regulations foreseen in the curriculum and the University of Algarve for advanced training, the student should publicly present a traineeship report giving greater emphasis to the project developed in the scope of the traineeship (100%).
