Objetivos de aprendizagem (conhecimentos, aptidões e competências) Dominar os conceitos e as terminologias associados às tecnologias utilizadas num escritório, bem como ter a capacidade de utilizar ferramentas informáticas nesse contexto. Possuir uma atitude adaptativa a um envolvimento crescentemente apoiado nas tecnologias de informação e uma boa capacidade para estruturar/manipular a informação associada ao seu local de trabalho. Metodologias de ensino (avaliação incluída) A unidade curricular apresenta-se sob a forma de aulas teórico-práticas, onde são indicados os conceitos teóricos relacionados com tecnologias utilizadas num escritório eletrónico, bem como são apresentadas várias aplicações que permitem organizar e manipular diversos tipos de documentos. A avaliação da unidade curricular é constituída por uma componente distribuída e por um exame final. O estudante que obtiver doze valores na avaliação da componente distribuída de uma unidade curricular ficará dispensado do exame final. A avaliação da componente distribuída e do exame final correspondem, respetivamente, a 40% e 60% da classificação final da unidade curricular. A avaliação da componente distribuída é constituída por: 40% - Trabalho em grupo 60% - Teste. The students intended learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences) Dominate the concepts and terminology associated with the technologies used in an electronic office, as well as having the ability to use IT tools in this context. Owning na adaptive attitude to involvement increasingly supported by information technologies and a good ability to structure / manipulate the information associated with your workplace. Teaching methodologies (including evaluation) The course is presented in the form of practical classes where the theoretical concepts related to technologies used in an electronic office are given, as well as is shown with applications that let you organize and manipulate various types of document. The evaluation of the course consists of a distributed component and a final exam. The student who obtains twelve values in the evaluation of distributed a course component will be exempted from the final exam. The evaluation of distributed component and the final exam correspond, respectively, 40% and 60% of the final mark of the course.
