. WC SYSTEM Technical characteristics: Electro-pneumatic system The toilet mechanism works with pneumatic energy supplied by the chassis's pneumatic system. The water timer is done by a relay, that's why the system can be called electro-pneumatic. Bosch engine, 24V, used for odors exhaustion. The toilet system does not use windows. Therefore, an exhaustion system with full time working motor is installed. Garbage can over the sink- operated by steel spring, activated by the passenger foot. All internal surfaces are washable - All finishing parts are covered with fiber. The seat and sink have a finishing with gel with darker color. Do not recirculates dirty water Non chemical mechanism. It is not necessary to add solvent in the water compartment, the water used is always clean. Illumination The main illumination system is operated by the door's lock, however, through the key signal there is a light serving as reference during the door locking and unlocking. 2
.2 FUNCTIONING DESCRIPTION Component Operation illustration Door The toilet door is manual, the lock is always activated by an electric interaction through a micro-sensor inside the door stop. This sensor activates the main light and the second speed of the exhaustion system, only if the engine is working. The exhaustion system remains on for five minutes even after the door is unlocked. Sink By touching the tap, an electro-pneumatic interaction will guarantee 5 seconds of water flow. The water volume per use is of 400 ml. Toilet When the flush sensor is activated, a 3-way valve is activated. The maximum water volume per flush is of L. Sewage compartment - flush valve Remove the used water from the sink and toilet. .2 TOILET - PREVENTIVE INTENANCE Attention: The toilet's maintenance procedure must be executed every 6 months of vehicle use or after 50.000 km.
