Esta, é uma tecnologia resultante da investigação aeroespacial, tendo sido através dela, que se conseguiu alcançar uma protecção térmica e antifricção das telhas das naves espaciais de tal forma elevada, que se alcançou um comportamento em perfeitas condições de segurança na reentrada das naves, na atmosfera terrestre. EN fi nishes Brass is a semi noble material, with a great capacity to resist to corrosion. In spite of that in the most demanding applications is necessary to give to the product a protection against oxidation and at the same time to put in evidence its decorative characteristics. Unhappily, duration given by the traditional organic coverings is, in many applications, lower than the useful life of the product, mainly when the environments is more aggressive. To the high range products, is requested by the user that they keep surface looking for all the life of the product. So it is essential that the option for the fi nish be accordingly to the ambient where it is installed, mainly when in aggressive environments with gas incidence, near the sea, aggressive mechanical action, detergents diluents, etc. CIFIAL presents basically two technologies for surface coverings: Traditional coverings and technological coverings. The fi rst ones can be organic or electrolytic. - Traditional Finishes They are based upon the electrostatic projection of varnishes. This procedure protects and delays the aging of the product. - Electrolytic Finishes Currently called galvanic technology they are processed in automatic and modern equipments, supported by effl uents treatment stations, and taking profi t of 35 years know-how. This galvanic electro deposition gives to the substratum (brass) resistance to corrosion through nickel thickness of more than 15 micron, and chromium thickness of more than 0,25 micron. Previously its is essential a correct surface preparation, made by brushing robots and CNC polishing machines. Whenever necessary a manual touch gives fi nal personalization to the CIFIAL products. - Technological Coverings PVD - Physical Vapor Deposition it is the top standard in the covering area, and is obtained by a procedure by physical deposition of vapours of Zirconium, Titanium or other material.is a technology coming from the aerospace investigation, and through this technology was achieved a thermal and anti friction protection for the tiles of the space naves giving complete safety on the re-entrance of the naves in the earth atmosphere. This technology is spread used in the hard fi nishes, for the bearings tracks or cutting tools giving to them the suitable resistance for their functions. As condições de garantia, instalação, regulação e manutenção, acompanham o produto, pelo que devem ser conservadas até ao consumidor fi nal. 2. ASSISTæNCIAS TƒCNICAS A CIFIAL presta o Serviço de Assistência Técnica gratuito apenas nas situações de defeito de fabrico. É declinada qualquer responsabilidade, nos casos de má instalação, condições de abastecimento de água fora das especifi cações legais, uso indevido e mau manuseamento, falta de manutenção e limpeza incorrecta (ou seja uso de produtos abrasivos, ácidos e químicos agressivos). A confi rmação do defeito de fabrico, deve ser feita por técnicos da CIFIAL, nas nossas instalações (situação em que o produto dá entrada no departamento de qualidade), ou pela verifi cação no local, quando o tipo e dimensão do problema o justifi que. Após a análise da ocorrência, sempre que não se confi rme a responsabilidade da CIFIAL, o serviço será debitado. Note-se que, uma parte signifi cativa das ocorrências para as quais é solicitada a intervenção da CIFIAL, pode ser solucionada com operações simples de limpeza, manutenção e regulação (instruções que acompanham o produto), nomeadamente, remoção de areias das válvulas e dos emulsores, etc. 3. SERVI O DE REPARA ÍES O serviço de reparações será prestado sempre que solicitado ao departamento de Serviço Pós-Venda, mediante aprovação prévia do orçamento apresentado pela CIFIAL. condições gerais de venda 1. O Comprador não poderá em caso algum, exigir qualquer indemnização ou recuperar a mercadoria por atraso, na sua entrega ou incumprimento do prazo, podendo o Vendedor proceder a entregas parciais e executar as respectivas facturações. 4. RECLAMA ÍES - As reclamações devem ser apresentadas no prazo de 10 dias úteis imediatos ao fornecimento; - Se fi car provado, após observação pelos nossos técnicos, que a reclamação tem fundamento, a CIFIAL só será responsável pela reparação ou, em último caso, pela reposição por troca, de igual produto; - Caso a reclamação seja injustifi cada e o material se encontre em condições de ser comercializado, os Clientes têm 10 dias úteis, após a nossa comunicação para levantar o respectivo material dos armazéns da CIFIAL. 5. DEVOLU ÍES - Todas as devoluções de produtos estão sujeitas à prévia aceitação pela CIFIAL; - Das devoluções autorizadas poderão ser deduzidos gastos com recepção, prova, inspecção e desvalorização a acordar caso a caso com o Cliente. 6. PAGAMENTO Para efeitos de pagamentos serão observadas as condições em vigor à data da Factura. 7. RESERVA DE PROPRIEDADE O Vendedor reserva o direito de propriedade da mercadoria até ao integral pagamento do preço de venda. 8. CANCELAMENTO OU SUSPENSÌO O Vendedor poderá por seu interesse, cancelar ou suspender o fabrico de qualquer dos seus produtos e/ou de encomendas, sem que o Comprador tenha direito a qualquer indemnização por esse facto. 9. FORO COMPETENTE Fica desde já convencionado o Foro da Comarca de Santa Maria da Feira como competente, com exclusão de qualquer outro, para dirimir os litígios emergentes das Transacções Comerciais realizadas com base nestas condições. 2. PRE OS Os preços serão os constantes nas nossas Tabelas de Preços de Fabricante. general conditions for technical after sales service 1. PRODUCT GUARANTEE CONDITIONS CIFIAL guarantees the product free of defects in material and workmanship. Guarantee conditions, installation and maintenance instructions, are sent together with the product and must be kept up to the fi nal user. 2. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CIFIAL will provide technical assistance, free of charge, whenever we are in case of manufacturing fault. we are not assuming any responsibility in case of incorrect installation, water supply conditions out of legal specifi cation, incorrect use or bad handling, missing maintenance or improper cleaning (use of aggressive erode products, acids or other chemicals). The confi rmation of the manufacturing fault must be done by CIFIAL. CIFIAL is not responsible for labour charges, installation or other consequential costs and in any case shall the responsibility of CIFIAL exceed the purchase price of the product. In case of a claim where the responsibility of CIFIAL is not confi rmed CIFIAL will invoice for the service. 3. REPAIR SERVICE When a repair intervention from CIFIAL is requested to the after sales service we will submit a budget for the service to the customer for approval before carry it on. terms and conditions of sale 1. All sales done by CIFIAL-Torneiras, S.A. must follow the general sales conditions. 2. PRICES The prices are the ones on the Manufacturer s Price List. The prices are Ex Works, except when agreed differently. EN 3. DELIVERY TERMS The delivery terms are defi ned by the Seller and start with the order confi rmation. They are a forecast of delivery. The Buyer in no situation can demand any indemnity or get the goods free due to late delivery or failure to deliver. The Seller can proceed with partial deliveries and invoice accordingly. 4. COMPLAINTS - Complaints should be presented no later than 10 working days after shipping goods; - Complaints will be investigated by Cifi al technicians. If they determine that there are grounds for complaint Cifi al will take responsability either for the repair or the replacement of the product; - If the product is still in a suitable condition to be used, the customer will have 10 working days after our communication to pick up the goods at our facilities. 5. RETURNS - All returns are subjected to previous acceptance/authorization by Cifi al; - Costs related to the return (receiving, inspection, repair) may be charged to the customer. These will be assessed on a case to case basis. 6. PAYMENT TERMS Payment shall be done according to the terms valid at invoice s date. 7. RESTRICTION OF PROPERTY The Seller keeps the ownership of the goods until full payment of the invoice. 8. TERMINATION OR ADJOURNMENT The Seller can by its own interest terminate or adjourn the production of any of its goods. The Buyer has no right to any indemnity due to this reason. 9. APPLICABLE LAW ; JURISDICTION AND VENUE This agreement will be governed by the Laws of Portugal. The Santa Maria da Feira Court, will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of this agreement, and Buyer hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such court. Esta validação permite evidenciar a conformidade sanitária de produtos em contacto com água potável e destinadapara o consumo humano. 3.3) CERTIFICA ÌO CERTIF As torneiras Cifi al estão em processo de certifi cação em Portugal pelo CERTIF, segundo as normas aplicáveis a estes produtos, tais como a EN 2 ou a NP EN 817.
