PRE LODING / PRE DISCHARGE SURVEY Accompaniment of loading / discharge operation. Our marine surveyors will be 24 hours in operation reporting immediately our clients about damages or adversities that may happen in loading / discharging operations. LASHING INSPECTION Survey which is verified if the lashing is in accordance to the international standards to maritime transportation (issued by IMO) and guarantying a safety loading operation to cargo. Our inspections and certifications will be reports as follow: Lashing inspection and orientation about the cargo position in Flat Rack; Lashing Certificate; Accompaniment of chief officer approval as soon the vessel berth; Photo report described.
HOLDS INSPECTION Cargo holds inspection to guarantee that the cargo to be loaded will not be contaminated in loading operation. With standards and procedures based in International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code (IMSBC), issued by IMO, the Trade Inspection Company uses the most insightful means for quality assurance. Our holds inspection surveys are reported as follow: Holds inspection (vessel in anchorage or berthed); Statement of facts; Holds conditions certificate (fit or unfit) ; Complete report with photos and comments.
ON HIRE / OFF HIRE Full Conditions Bunkers Survey Specific and complete inspection which we check the vessel condition and Heavy Fuel Oil / Marine Diesel Oil quantity remaining on board, as the vessel combustible consumption in delivery or redelivery time. Our inspections and certifications will be reports as follow: Bunkers Survey Certificate,; Delivery or Redelivery Certificate; Full vessel inspection; Complete photo report with comments (including vessel damages).
HOLDS CLEANING CONTROL Coordination and consultant of holds cleaning operations on board of the vessel. Our surveyors will support the vessel crew or hired company during all cargo holds cleaning operation. Holds cleaning operation coordinated by a surveyor on board 24 hours it is essential for charterers and owners, cause the cargo holds approval increases in a considerably way. Furthermore, our surveyors will always be in direct contact between the ship's crew and the contracted company acting as a bridge to achieve the best result.
