Evaporadores Tipo shell and tube, de placas, ou alhetado (nos SH) são cobertos por isolamento apropriado e resistência de anticongelante. Elevada permuta e durabilidade Condensadores Maiores que na maioria dos chillers, estes condensadores garantem um elevado coeficiente grau de transferência, entre o refrigerante e o ar. Feitos de cobre, com tubos mecanicamente expandidos em alhetas de alumínio. Ventiladores Os chillers estão equipados com ventiladores de 3 fases, 4 ou 6 pólos Motores normalmente usados em exteriores com a devida protecção eléctrica indicada. Os ventiladores não necessitam qualquer manutenção ou intervenção. Os ventiladores têm um perfeito sistema aerodinâmico desenhado para uma alta eficiência e um baixo teor de ruído. Podem ser operados por pressão de descarga do compressor ou directo com o arranque do compressor, dependendo do tipo de 14

15 equipamento escolhido. Podem ainda ser controlados por inverter, através da leitura de transdutor de pressão de descarga do compressor. Protecções e dispositivos Os chillers, em qualquer dos modelos, têm como base protecções por ; alta pressão, baixa pressão, pressostato de óleo, detector de nível electrónico de óleo, anti gelo, controle de fases (em alguns modelos) relé de atraso á operação no compressor, térmistor, resistência de cárter ao compressor, relé térmico (magnétotérmico). Protecções individuais por cada compressor. Ainda podem por opção do cliente serem equipados com inverter, para controle de velocidade do respectivo compressor, com os filtros e protecções á entrada dos mesmos. QUADRO ELECTRICO Equipado com todos os dispositivos de protecção, controle e gestão eléctrica e electrónica, todos os seus componentes estão montados numa platine e fechados hermeticamente num quadro, apropriado á prova de água. MICROPROCESSADOR ou PLC A SIRE tem como equipamento de controlo, um dos mais avançados tipos de Microprocessador (vários). Este equipamento na serie SHS, SPAR, OU ALPHAs, tem como base alguns dos seguintes itens: O controlador, verifica todos os parâmetros, sistemas de controlo, e funções da unidade, e protege sempre que é necessário. 16 NOVOS ES DE PARAFUSO Os novos chillers da SIRE, em modelos SPAR ou ECOSPAR Maior capacidade, menor consumo energético. Este novo tipo de chiller(s) sem ou com economizador, vem garantir ao cliente uma nova geração de equipamentos, vocacionados para maiores COP com menores custos de energia. Os equipamentos são normalmente equipados com compressores de capacidade variável em sistema proporcional integral de carga estando aptos para responder á capacidade de carga pretendida ao momento em sistema de PID ou PD ou ainda em P. Faz parte deste equipamentos um sistema de controle e variação de velocidade para os ventiladores, possibilitando assim uma gestão progressiva da pressão de descarga para que a mesma se mantenha constante, sendo uma mais valia no que concerne á gestão e rendimento dos equipamentos. Nos modelos EcoSPAR, além dos dispositivos descritos anteriormente, os equipamentos vêm com um sistema de economizador, que permite um incremento de capacidade frigorifica a menor custo energético, tendo um COP muito elevado, superior aos normais SPAR,aumentando assim cerca de 15% de rendimento á sua capacidade frigorifica. A este sistema chamamos economizador. Pode ainda o compressor ser equipado com inverter. Erratic system operation and excessive compressor cycling are often a direct result of an oversized chiller. Their construction shall have low noise and low vibration operation. Compressors shall be mounted in a separate noise- insulated space of the Unit, on appropriate vibration absorbing supports, in order to ensure a noise-free operation. Water to refrigerant heat exchanger It shall be of high efficiency and externally well insulated. Brazed stainless steel plate heat exchangers shall be used up to a total compressor absorbed power of 25 kw and shell and tube type in larger Units. Air to refrigerant heat exchanger It shall be manufactured from seamless copper tubes and aluminium fins with properly formed surface for high heat transfer efficiency. Copper tubes shall be mechanically expanded into the aluminium fins accomplishing a good contact thus maximum heat transfer. 17

18 Fans They shall have 3-phase (6-pole or 8-pole) motors with external rotor, closed type IP 54 (according to DIN 40050). The bearings of the motors shall be closed type, filled with special lubricant, thus requiring no maintenance and guaranteeing noiseless performance. Fan wheels shall be of axial type, statically and dynamically balanced according to VDI 2060, with aerodynamically designed blades for quiet operation. The motor shall be protected against over current by internal thermal contacts according to VDE Protective steel fan guards shall be furnished according to DIN Expansion control device It shall be a thermostatic expansion valve with external pressure equalizer.
