19 Final considerations Strengthening of International cooperation. Strengthening, speeding and extending existing collaborations. Perfect scaffold for the transfer of knowledge and people. Good Research is not limited to the USA and Europe. Justification for Community contribution towards third country partner costs. The importance of Institutional support. The importance of previous contact with European applications. Finish early what do not depends solely on you! This action would be improved if a small component of secondments between the European beneficiaries would be allowed.
