Presidente do Capitulo Brasileiro do Club Espanhol de arbitragem, desde junho de 2015, foi Presidente do CAM-CCBC (Centro de Arbitragem e Mediação da Câmara de Comércio Brasil- Canadá) desde 2007 até 30 de abril de 2015, tendo já exercido essa função nos anos de 1993 a 1995, além da vice-presidência executiva da mesma entidade de 1999 a É membro do Conselho Consultivo do CAM CCBC e do Conselho Consultivo do Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), do Comité de Normas y Reglas Arbitrales de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ALARB) e do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito da Construção (IBDiC). Como árbitro ele é membro das seguintes instituições arbitrais: Corpo de Árbitros do CAM-CCBC; Corpo Permanente de Árbitros da Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragem das Eurocâmaras- CAE; Centro de Arbitragem da Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Portuguesa; Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem CBMA; e integra o Corpo de Árbitros do Centro de Arbitragem, Mediação e Conciliação do Centro das Indústrias do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (CAMERS-CIERGS), bem como da Câmara de Arbitragem e Mediação da Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Paraná (CAM-FIEP). Ele é também membro do Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr), do International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), da Société de Législation Comparée (SLC), do Club Español de Arbitraje de Madrid e Presidente do Capítulo Brasileiro desta última instituição. Membro Titular do Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo (IASP) Além disso, foi coordenador do Programa de Treinamento de Arbitragem do CAM-CCBC (Advogando na Arbitragem). Atua como Palestrante e Conferencista em congressos de Arbitragem e Mediação no Brasil e exterior. Diretor do Centro de Mediação do Sinduscon SP desde abril de Foi advogado chefe de grupo empresarial paulista ( ) e hoje é advogado de empresas e fundador do escritório de Advocacia STRAUBE ADVOGADOS. Graduado em Direito pela Universidade de São Paulo em Especialista em Direito Público pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1973). Especialista em Mediação pela Windsor University (2005), Ontário, Canadá.

2 He is President of Brazilian chapter of CEA (Spanish Club of Arbitration) And Director of Mediation Center of Sinduscon- SP Frederico Straube is a lawyer and regularly acts as arbitrator and mediator. He was the President of CAM-CCBC (Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada) since 2007, until April, 30, 2015, having previously held this same position in the years 1993 to 1995, as well as the office of Executive Vice-President of said entity, from 1999 to Mr. Straube is a member of CAM CCBC s Advisory Board and of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration s Advisory Board (ITA), member of the Comité de Normas y Reglas Arbitrales de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ALARB) and a member of the Brazilian Institute for Construction Law (IBDiC). He is also a member of CBAr (Brazilian Arbitration Committee), of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration ICCA, of the Société de Législation Comparée SLC, of the Club Español de Arbitraje de Madrid and President of its Brazilian Section. Member of Institute of Advogandos de São Paulo (IASP) Besides all the activities mentioned above, he was the coordinator of CAM-CCBC s Arbitration Training Program (Advogando na Arbitragem), speaker and participant in several Arbitration and Mediation events, in Brazil and Has several articles published in magazines and books, national and foreign abroad. He is the founder of the Straube Advogados law firm and currently practices Law for a corporate clientele. From 1970 to 1984, Mr. Straube acted as head lawyer of a renowned corporation in Sao Paulo, where he worked with matters related to engineering consulting, mining, agriculture, hotel industry, press and telecommunications. He graduated in Law from the University of Sao Paulo in Expert in Public Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo in 1973, and in Mediation from Windsor University 2005, Ontario, Canada.
