Objetivos de aprendizagem (conhecimentos, aptidões e competências) Gestão da Qualidade dos Serviços destinados a Idosos 1. Conhecer a evolução do conceito e dos modelos de qualidade até à atualidade. 2. Conhecer os modelos TQM, EFQM, SGQ- ISO 9001, BSC. 3. Compreender a relação entre aprendizagem organizacional, gestão estratégica e melhoria contínua da qualidade. 4. Conhecer o Programa de Cooperação para o Desenvolvimento da Qualidade e Segurança das Respostas Sociais (SQRS). 5. Saber caracterizar uma instituição destinada a idosos: missão, visão, ambiente interno e externo, SWOT. 6. Saber desenhar um projeto fundamentado de melhoria da qualidade total adequado a um serviço ou instituição destinado a idosos. Conteúdos programáticos Gestão da Qualidade dos Serviços Destinados a Idosos 1. Gestão da qualidade: conceitos, teorias e modelos. 2. Gestão integrada da qualidade total (TQM e EFQM, SGQ- ISO 9001, BSC). 3. Aprendizagem organizacional, avaliação e formação na implementação de um sistema de melhoria da qualidade nas instituições (SQRS). 4. 3 Metodologias de ensino (avaliação incluída) Apresentação e discussão de conteúdos teóricos e metodológicos; apresentação e discussão de investigações empíricas. A avaliação é realizada através das seguintes componentes: recensão de textos ou desenho de um projeto de gestão da qualidade de uma instituição destinada a idosos, incluindo parte oral e escrita (trabalho de grupo); balanço de atividades (trabalho individual). Ponderação de cada uma das componentes: recensão escrita ou desenho de um projeto de gestão da qualidade (50%); apresentação e discussão oral do mesmo (30%); balanço individual de atividades (20%). The students intended learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences) We intend that the student knows and understands the relationship between organizational learning, management and continuous quality improvement at services to the elderly. The ultimate goal is that students know how to design a founded draft to improve the overall quality suitable for a specific institution or service to the oldest persons. 1. To know the evolution of the concept and the models of quality up to the present time. 2. To know the models TQM, EFQM, SGQ-ISO 9001, BSC. 3. To understand the relationship between organizational learning, strategic management and continuous quality improvement. 4. To know the Cooperation Program for the Development of Quality and Safety of Social Responses (SQRS). 5. To know how to characterize an institution for the elderly: mission, vision, internal and external environment, SWOT. 6. To know how to design a reasoned project of total quality improvement appropriated to a service or to an institution for the elderly. Syllabus Management of total quality of the services intended to the elderly 1. Quality: concepts, perspectives and models. 2. Integrated management of total quality (TQM, EFQM, SGQ- ISO 9001, BSC). 3. Organizational learning, evaluation and training in the achievement of a system of quality improvement at institutions (SQRS). 4. 6 Teaching methodologies (including evaluation) Presentation and discussion of theoretical and methodological topics; presentation and discussion of empirical research. The students? evaluation includes the following components: Synopsis of a paper or design of a management project of quality improvement, including oral and written parts (collective work); activity report (individual work). Weighing of each component: synopsis of a paper or a design of a management project of quality improvement (50%); oral presentation and discussion of the project or synopsis (30%); activity report (20%).
