Based on his supplier letter, anticipate 5 things that went wrong with his order. 1. Mr. Waters send the order after August 31. 2. Mr. Waters can not have 10% discount, because ordered only 6. 3. He can not save $400 for the installation. 4. Mr. James failed the date deliver. 5. Mr. Waters ordered 6 RACER instead 10. E. You are Mr. Waters.
