RECORDING SYSTEM The telephone conversations of the Client with the Brokerage Firm and its professionals, concerning any issues relating to his/her transactions, will be recorded, and the content of the recordings may be used as evidence to clarify matters relating to his/her account and transactions. The recordings will be filed by the Brokerage Firm for the period of 5 (five) years. 15. OPERAÇÕES DE CARTEIRA PRÓPRIA E 15. PRIVATELY OWNED PORTFOLIO TRANSACTIONS PESSOAS VINCULADAS AND RELATED PARTIES A Corretora está autorizada a operar carteira propna, exclusivamente, para prestação aos seus Clientes do serviço de "Facilitation", procedimento que consiste em, observados os parâmetros internos, proporcionar mercado para negociação de blocos de ações de menor liquidez. Seguindo a Política Interna da Corretora, é vedado às Pessoas Vinculadas operarem no mercado BM&F, exceto para hedge. As pessoas vinculadas podem operar na Corretora, no segmento BOVESPA, sendo que, em todas as notas de corretagem, obrigatoriamente, constará a informação de que "a contraparte é pessoa vinculada" à Corretora. CONTROLE DE RISCO A área de Controle de Riscos monitora os riscos financeiros das posições dos Clientes, através do modelo de cálculo de risco fracionai (VaR), vis a vis os limites autorizados pelo processo de crédito descrito anteriormente. Este controle é feito através de sistemas contratados onde estão registrados os limites atribuídos. Em caso de estouro de limite, o Cliente é acionado para que as coberturas e/ou diminuição dos riscos seja feita. 10 Nos termos da regulamentação vigente a Corretora poderá intermediar operações de seus clientes, bem como acessar o ambiente de negociação dos segmentos BOVESPA e BM&F, por intermédio de outra corretora.
