4 Employee Integration Program 4 Target: new technical employees 4 Programs: Dal Ben has three programs dedicated to our technical employees: nurses, nursing technicians and care givers 4 Frequency: weekly and recurring 4 Duration of the course: 7 days to nursing technicians and care givers; 30 days to nurses 4 Goal: introduce the new employee to the organization, assure adherence to Company s culture and protocols, and improve and standardize technical technical knowledge among all employees 4 Responsible: Human resources and Education teams 4
