5 Mensagem do Conselho Administrativo 4 Um ano repleto em adjetivos a defini-lo: um 2012 de inovações, de contrastes, de desenvolvimento, de novas oportunidades. História e futuro caminharam juntos durante os festejos alusivos aos 60 anos de imigração dos Suábios do Danúbio para honrar os feitos dos pioneiros que construíram e desenvolveram Entre Rios. História e modernidade foram igualmente observadas na inauguração do Museu Histórico. Nos semblantes dos nossos pioneiros, a prova de que o novo pode ser árido, difícil, porém, também tende a ser recompensador. Pioneirismo que poderá novamente ser invocado por projetos, que visam apresentar a diversificação às futuras gerações. Inerentes à missão da Agrária, a verticalização e a industrialização continuaram sendo metas no decorrer de O novo modelo de negócios da Agrária, aprovado juntamente com a ampliação da Agromalte, em Assembleia Geral Extraordinária, redefiniu a relação entre cooperados e cooperativa quanto aos novos negócios a serem implantados. Vislumbrar, portanto, horizontes ainda inexplorados, aumentando o rendimento econômico dos cooperados, foi o que norteou o ano, no qual a Indústria de Óleo e Farelo de Soja retornou à produção e comercialização próprias; a fábrica de Ração foi ampliada; a nova Indústria de Milho teve sua construção iniciada; e o Laboratório Central conquistou a acreditação do INMETRO na ISO/IEC 17025, sendo o único no Brasil com um escopo tão diversificado. Estudos e expedições executados pela Agrária a estratégicas regiões brasileiras se destinaram a balizar a tomada de decisão em relação à exploração de novas fronteiras, bem como a outras atividades através de projetos de sustentabilidade para os cooperados. Tendo em vista que os princípios do cooperativismo primam por decisões democráticas, cabe à Agrária a função de subsidiar os seus cooperados com informações e diretrizes embasadas. A definição do futuro de sua produção, por sua vez, permanece a cargo de cada cooperado e sua família. Grandes e importantes eventos recebidos e organizados pela Agrária realçaram a preocupação com a difusão de novas tecnologias, fortalecimento das atividades comerciais e a preservação da cultura. O WinterShow exemplificou este conceito ao despontar como maior evento relativo a cereais de inverno do país. Uma temporada que ainda foi marcada por imprevisibilidade, seja do mercado, com os picos de preços da soja; seja do clima, com quebras na safra de inverno, precipitações recordes em junho e estiagem absoluta em agosto. Mesmo assim, trata-se de um dos melhores anos da história, tanto para a Agrária quanto para o seu cooperado. As portas abertas ao longo de 2012 favorecem a visão da Cooperativa Agrária e de todos os seus cooperados em ser a referência almejada, desde a chegada dos pioneiros a Entre Rios. Atribuição, hoje, a cargo desta e das novas gerações.

6 Grußwort des verwaltungsrates Das zurückliegende Geschäftsjahr 2012 war reich an zukunftsweisenden Ereignissen, an neuen Erkenntnissen und wertvollen Erfahrungen. Es war ein Jahr mit Innovationen, Kontrasten, mit Fortschritt und neuen Chancen. Geschichte und Zukunft lagen eng zusammen während der Festlichkeiten zu 60 Jahren Einwanderung der Donauschwaben, wie auch bei der Ehrung der Pioniere für ihre Leistungen beim Aufbau und der Entwicklung von Entre Rios. Geschichte und Moderne ließen sich gleichermaßen bei der Einweihung des Historischen Museums in Gestalt unserer Pioniere beobachten, als Beweis dafür, dass das Neue hart und schwierig, aber auch durchaus lohnend sein kann. Ein Pioniergeist also, der aufs Neue Projekte entfalten kann, die zum Ziel haben, Diversifizierungsmöglichkeiten für zukünftige Generationen aufzuzeigen. Im Bereich der Aufgaben der Agrária blieben Vertikalisierung und Industrialisierung weiterhin Ziele im Jahr Das neue Geschäftsmodell der Agrária, zusammen mit der Erweiterung der Agromalte, bei der Außerordentlichen Generalversammlung genehmigt, definiert neu die Beziehung zwischen Mitgliedern und Genossenschaft mit Blick auf kommende Unternehmungen. Daher beeinflusste das Betreten neuer Geschäftsbereiche das Jahr, zur Steigerung der wirtschaftlichen Erträge der Mitglieder, durch die Wiederaufnahme der Eigenproduktion und -vermarktung der Sojaöl- und Sojakleie-Industrie; so wurde auch die Futtermittelfabrik vergrößert, der Bau der neuen Maisindustrie begonnen und vor allem erhielt das Zentrallabor die Akkreditierung des INMETRO für die ISO/IEC 17025, als erstes und einziges Labor in Brasilien mit seinem so vielfältigen und umfangreichen Tätigkeitsfeld. Studien und Expeditionen in strategische brasilianische Regionen, von der Agrária durchgeführt, dienten der Beschlussfassung zur Erforschung neuer landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe, sowie weiterer Tätigkeiten im Nachhaltigkeitsprojekt zum Einkommen der Mitglieder. Aufgrund der Ansicht, dass die Prinzipien des Genossenschaftswesens durch demokratische Entscheidungen zu treffen sind, ist es Aufgabe der Agrária, ihre Mitglieder mit Informationen und grundlegenden Richtlinien zu unterstützen. Die Entscheidung über die zukünftige Produktivität und Aktivität bleibt jedoch in der Verantwortung jedes einzelnen Mitglieds und seiner Familie. Große und wichtige Veranstaltungen, für und von der Agrária organisiert, betonten ihr Interesse zur Verbreitung neuer Technologien, zur Stärkung ihrer kommerziellen Tätigkeiten und zur Erhaltung der Kultur. Die WinterShow illustriert dieses Konzept als die nun größte Veranstaltung im Bereich der Wintergetreide im gesamten Land. Das Jahr 2012 war jedoch auch durch unvorhersehbare Ereignisse geprägt, wie etwa auf dem Markt, mit den Preissteigerungen der Sojabohnen, durch das Klima, mit Verlusten bei der Winterernte, durch Rekordniederschläge im Juni und absolute Trockenheit im August. Trotz alledem erwies sich 2012, für die Agrária, wie auch für die Mitglieder, als eines der besten Jahre der Geschichte. Die eröffneten Möglichkeiten im Laufe des Jahres 2012 förderten die Zukunftsvision der Genossenschaft Agrária und all ihrer Mitglieder, ein Vorbild zu sein, wie schon seit der Ankunft der Pioniere in Entre Rios. Es ist eine Aufgabe, die in der Verantwortung der heutigen und kommenden Generationen liegt. Message from the Board of Directors Many adjectives are needed to define 2012: a year of innovations, of contrasts, of development, of new opportunities. History and the future went hand-in-hand during the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the Danube Swabian immigration, honoring the achievements of the pioneers who built and developed Entre Rios. History and modernity were both considered in the inauguration of the Historical Museum. In the faces of our pioneers, we can see that new situations may be arid and difficult, but also tend to be rewarding. The same pioneering spirit may be called upon again in projects that aim to present diversification to the future generations. Inherent to Agrária s mission, vertical integration and industrialization continued to be our goals in the course of Agrária s new business model, which was approved at an Extraordinary GSM, together with the expansion of Agromalte, redefined the relationship between the cooperative and its members in relation to new businesses to be implemented. Discerning horizons that have not yet been explored, with a view to increasing our members economic income, was therefore the guideline followed in the year 2012, during which the Soya Oil and Meal Industry resumed its own production and sales; the Animal Feed factory was expanded; the construction of the new Corn Industry was started; and the Central Laboratory achieved INMETRO accreditation under the ISO/IEC the only laboratory in Brazil with such a diversified scope. Agrária carried out studies of, and expeditions to, strategic Brazilian regions, in order to obtain guidance for our decisions in relation to exploring new frontiers, as well as other activities involving sustainability projects for our members. Considering that the principles of the cooperative movement emphasize democratic decisions, it is Agrária s responsibility to supply its members with well-founded information and guidelines. Determining the future of their production, however, is up to each member and his or her family. Big, important events, both hosted and organized by Agrária, spotlighted the Cooperative s concern to disseminate new technologies, strengthen its commercial activities and preserve culture. The WinterShow illustrated this concept, becoming the largest event relating to Winter cereals in the country. It was a period that was also marked by unforeseeable aspects, related both to the market, with peaks in soybean prices, and to the climate, with shortfalls in the Winter crop, record rainfall in June and an absolute drought in August. Even so, it was one of the best years ever, both for Agrária and for our members. The doors that were opened in the course of 2012 favor Cooperativa Agrária s vision and that of all its members: to be the ideal benchmark, which has been the aim ever since the pioneers arrived at Entre Rios, and which is now the responsibility of this generation and those to come. 5

9 8 Em cinco dias, de 4 a 8 de janeiro de 2012, a Cooperativa Agrária e toda a comunidade escreveram mais um capítulo histórico durante os festejos alusivos aos 60 anos de Entre Rios. O grandioso evento honrou a vida, a abnegação e a determinação dos pioneiros suábios que fundaram e transformaram a terra bruta de Entre Rios em um local próspero e culturalmente rico. A homenagem estendeu-se a todos que, desde 1951, contribuíram e ainda contribuem para o desenvolvimento do distrito. A força-tarefa, que contou com mais de pessoas, transformou um projeto com meses de planejamento e execução em um evento apreciado por um total de visitantes do Brasil e do exterior. Iniciado com culto ecumênico no dia 4 de janeiro, o evento seguiu com a abertura do primeiro barril de chope. Ao longo dos dias, foi permeado por apresentações dos mais de 350 integrantes dos grupos da Fundação Cultural Suábio-Brasileira, organização coligada da Agrária. Die Genossenschaft Agrária und die gesamte Gemeinde von Entre Rios schlugen in den fünf Festtagen zum 60. Jahrestag der Einwanderung nach Entre Rios ein weiteres Kapitel ihrer Geschichte auf. Das großartige Ereignis ehrte das Leben, die Opferbereitschaft und die Entschlossenheit der donauschwäbischen Pioniere, die das unberührte Land von Entre Rios in blühende Landschaften mit reichhaltiger Kultur verwandelten. Geehrt wurden all jene, die seit 1951 an der Entwicklung des Distriktes mitwirkten und heute noch dazu beitragen. Eine Vorbereitungs- und Arbeitsgruppe aus über Personen, verwandelte ein Projekt mit Monaten der Planung und Durchführung in eine Festveranstaltung, die insgesamt über Besucher aus Brasilien und dem Ausland zu würdigen wussten. Den Anfang der Feierlichkeiten bildete am 4. Januar ein ökumenischer Gottesdienst, dem anschließend der offizielle Anstich des ersten Bierfasses folgte. Während der Festtage zeigten mehr als 350 Teilnehmer der Kulturgruppen der Donauschwäbisch-Brasilianischen Kulturstiftung, eine angegliederte Institution der Agrária, ihre täglichen Präsentationen. During five days, from January 4 to 8, 2012, Cooperativa Agrária and the whole community wrote yet another chapter in the history of Entre Rios, celebrating its 60th anniversary. This magnificent event paid tribute to the life, self-denial and determination of the Swabian pioneers who founded Entre Rios and transformed its untamed land into a prosperous and culturally rich region. Homage was rendered to all those who, since 1951, have contributed and still contribute to the district s development. The task force, which included over 1,000 people, turned a project with months of planning and execution into an event that was enjoyed by a total of 22,000 visitors from Brazil and abroad. It started with an ecumenical service on January 4, which was followed by the opening of the first barrel of beer. No programa cultural Pátria, um olhar para a nossa história, os integrantes da Fundação Cultural, de crianças a idosos, sob a batuta de dez professores, demonstraram um repertório rico e diversificado das principais tradições e dos costumes suábios, preservados até hoje. Im kulturellen Programm zum Thema «Heimat, ein Rückblick auf die Geschichte», zeigten Teilnehmer der Kulturstiftung, von Jung bis Alt, unter der Leitung von zehn Lehrern, ein reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Repertoire der bis heute noch lebendig gebliebenen, donauschwäbischen Traditionen und Bräuche. All the presentations took place on the stage and dancing floor of a 3,200 sq. m. pavilion, specially built for the 60th anniversary celebrations in the Nova Pátria Square, at Colônia Vitória. In the cultural program Homeland, a look back at our history, the members of the Cultural Foundation, from children to the elderly, under the direction of ten teachers, demonstrated a rich and diversified repertoire of the main Swabian traditions and customs, which are preserved to this day. Difícil, no entanto, é cravar o ponto alto dos festejos. No segundo dia, ilustres convidados, incluindo representantes de entidades suábias, autoridades federais, estaduais e municipais, além de diplomatas da Alemanha, Áustria, Croácia e Suíça, realizaram pronunciamentos enaltecendo a trajetória dos suábios. Na sequência, o dia 5 de janeiro de 2012 tornou-se um marco com a inauguração do Museu Histórico de Entre Rios, com um dos mais completos acervos sobre a cultura e tradições dos Suábios do Danúbio. Zusätzlich zu den typischen kulturellen Attraktionen von Entre Rios, sowie den internationalen Darbietungen, konnten die Besucher eine historische Ausstellung besichtigen, die in sieben Etappen die Geschichte der Donauschwaben, vom 18. Jahrhundert bis in die Gegenwart darstellte, inszeniert von ehrenamtlichen Laienschauspielern aus den fünf Gemeinden von Entre Rios. Bei all den vielen Glanzpunkten ist es jedoch schwierig, einen besonderen Höhepunkt bei den Feierlichkeiten hervorzuheben. Am zweiten Festtag würdigten illustre Gäste, darunter Vertreter der internationalen donauschwäbischen Landsmannschaften, sowie Bundes-, Landesund munizipale Autoritäten, ebenso auch Diplomaten aus Deutschland, aus Österreich, Kroatien und der Schweiz, den geschichtlichen Werdegang der Donauschwaben. Im Anschluss daran wurde der 5. 13 12 O tributo ao passado continuou no decorrer dos dias, com os desfiles de máquinas antigas. Tratores, colheitadeiras e automóveis restaurados e colecionados por membros da comunidade, simbolizam o resgate do passado por parte da atual geração, mantendo vivas as lembranças das primeiras épocas da colonização. Tratores também mostraram seu desempenho na competição de Trekker Trek, realizada em dois dias. Uma festa criada para homenagear a história e que ficará marcada pela sua grandiosidade, especialmente pelo envolvimento de toda a comunidade de Entre Rios, que festejou seu jubileu e recebeu visitantes do Brasil e do mundo de braços abertos. Traktoren zeigten auch ihre Leistungsstärke beim Trekker- Trek-Wettbewerb, der an zwei Tage stattfand. Es war ein Fest zu Ehren der donauschwäbischen Geschichte, das durch seine Größe, vor allem aber durch die Beteiligung der ganzen Gemeinde von Entre Rios gekennzeichnet war, die ein großes Jubiläum feierte und dabei Besucher aus Brasilien und der Welt mit Herzlichkeit und offenen Armen empfing. Tractors, harvesters and cars, restored and collected by community members, symbolize the past recovered by the present generation, keeping alive the memories of the first years of the settlement. Tractors also displayed their performance in the Trekker Trek competition, which was held on two days. It was a celebration created to pay homage to history, and will be remembered for its magnificence, and especially the involvement of the whole community of Entre Rios, which celebrated its jubilee and welcomed visitors from Brazil and the world with open arms. 15 Colaboradores Mitarbeiter Employees Investir na capacitação e na segurança dos colaboradores seguiu sendo prioridade da Agrária, em Eventos e projetos anuais, como a SIPAT (Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho), o Seminário da Qualidade, os grupos de Círculos de Controle de Qualidade (CCQ), além de novas atividades preventivas, como os simulados de abandono de área, capacitaram um expressivo número de colaboradores. O evento, realizado em setembro, teve como tema Gestão da Qualidade - o melhor caminho para ampliar os resultados e contou com apresentações de grupos de Círculos de Controle de Qualidade (CCQ) e de 6 SIGMA, os quais foram também premiados pelos projetos de melhorias contínuas desenvolvidos ao longo do ano, reduzindo custos e elevando a eficiência dos processos. Além dos grupos, os colaboradores assistiram a palestras de convidados e empresas parceiras. SEMINAR ÜBER QUALITÄT Das Seminar über Qualität sorgte einmal mehr für ein vollbesetztes Kulturzentrum mit der Anwesenheit von 580 Teilnehmern. Die Veranstaltung, die im September zum Thema Qualitätsmanagement - der beste Weg, Ergebnisse zu steigern stattfand, umfasste Vorträge der Qualitätskontrollgruppen (QCC) und des 6 SIGMA, die für ihre, im Laufe des Jahres ausgearbeiteten Projekte zu kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen, um Kosten zu verringern und die Leistungsfähigkeit von Prozessen zu erhöhen, Prämien erhielten. Zusätzlich zu den Gruppen konnten die Mitarbeiter auch Vorträge besuchen, die von geladenen Gästen und Partnerfirmen gehalten wurden. 17 SIPAT 2012 A conscientização quanto à importância do Acidente Zero e à necessidade da prevenção formaram a preocupação central da Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (SIPAT) de O tema Saúde e Segurança: de quem é a responsabilidade? buscou enfatizar o comprometimento de cada colaborador no processo de prevenção a acidentes no trabalho. A partir de bem-humorados concursos de teatro e paródias musicais, além das palestras de especialistas, o assunto foi debatido entre os dias 21 e 24 de agosto, no Centro Cultural e na Unidade Guarapuava. SIPAT 2012 Das Bewusstsein über die Bedeutung von null Unfällen und zur Notwendigkeit der Unfallverhütung bildeten im Jahre 2012 das zentrale Anliegen der internen Woche zur Unfallverhütung (SIPAT). Das Thema Gesundheit und Sicherheit: wer trägt die Verantwortung?, hob die Verpflichtung jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters beim Prozess der Vorbeugung von Arbeitsplatzunfällen hervor. In humorvollen Theater- und musikalischen Parodien-Wettbewerben kam das Thema zusätzlich zu den Vorträgen von Experten, vom 21. bis 24. August, im Kulturzentrum und in der Einheit Guarapuava zur Sprache. 18 SIMULADO DE ABANDONO de área Implementado em 2012, o Simulado de Abandono de Área integra o Planejamento de Atendimento à Emergência desenvolvido pelo SESMT (Serviço Especializado em Engenharia de Segurança e em Medicina do Trabalho) e visa a certificação internacional de saúde e de segurança no trabalho, OHSAS No decorrer do ano, realizaramse simulados no Moinho de Trigo, Fundação Cultural Suábio-Brasileira, Colégio Imperatriz, prédio administrativo da Agrária e Unidade de Cereais de Guarapuava. SIMULIERTE RÄUMUNG DES ARBEITSBEREICHES Seit 2012 eingeführt, ist die Notfallübung zum Verlassen des Arbeitsbereiches Teil der Planung zu Maßnahmen bei Notfällen, die zur Erlangung der internationalen Zertifizierung für Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz, OHSAS 18001, von der Abteilung für spezialisierte Sicherheitstechnik und Arbeitsmedizin (SESMT) entwickelt wurde. Im Laufe des Jahres fanden Simulationen in der Weizenmühle, in der Donauschwäbisch- Brasilianischen Kulturstiftung, in der Leopoldina-Schule und in der Einheit Guarapuava statt. 19 CIPAS As CIPAS (Comissões Internas de Prevenção de Acidentes) da Agrária passaram por reestruturação, em Agora são 48 cipeiros que integram as 12 comissões nas unidades operacionais, industriais e administrativas da cooperativa. As CIPAS discutem e fiscalizam todas as questões relacionadas à segurança no trabalho, a fim de reduzir ao máximo a ocorrência de incidentes e acidentes. INTERNE KOMMISSIONEN ZUR UNFALLVERHÜTUNG Die CIPAS (Interne Kommissionen zur Unfallverhütung) der Agrária wurden im Jahre 2012 umstrukturiert. Jetzt gibt es 48 Teilnehmer, die in 12 Kommissionen bei den Betriebs-, Industrie- und Verwaltungseinheiten der Genossenschaft vertreten sind. Também em 2012, manteve-se o cuidado com a comunicação de incidentes, por meio de urnas deixadas em vários departamentos, nos quais os próprios colaboradores depositaram formulários com os registros observados. 22 GREEN BELTS Com base na metodologia 6 Sigma e foco principalmente na redução de custos e melhoria de processos, o programa Green Belts, iniciado em 2009 com apoio do INDG, continuou na rotina da Agrária em A Cooperativa possui 14 colaboradores com certificado Green Belts, os quais contribuíram em projetos que trouxeram retornos, tanto qualitativos quanto financeiros à cooperativa. GREEN BELTS Auf die 6-Sigma-Methode mit dem Hauptziel der Kostensenkung und Prozessverbesserung aufgebaut, setzte das Green Belts-Programm, das im Jahr 2009 mit Unterstützung von INDG eingeführt wurde, die Arbeitsroutine der Agrária auch im Jahr 2012 fort. Die Genossenschaft verfügt über 14 Mitarbeiter mit Zertifizierung in Green Belts, die ihren Beitrag an Projekten leisteten, die der Genossenschaft qualitative wie auch finanzielle Gewinne brachten. CCQ Die Qualitätskontrollgruppen (CCQ) setzten ebenfalls ihre Arbeit während des Jahres fort. Im Zyklus , hatte die Genossenschaft 31 Gruppen, die insgesamt 47 Projekte umsetzten. Projetos de fortalecimento e diversificação da produção procuraram proporcionar maiores rentabilidades e a inclusão das futuras gerações. Integrar, engajar e envolver por meio de ações direcionadas e participações em importantes eventos, formaram os pilares de apoio da Cooperativa Agrária ao seu cooperado, ao longo do ano. 26 Projetos de Sustentabilidade Reuniões estratégicas dos Projetos de Sustentabilidade foram realizadas durante todo o ano. Em maio, debate sobre a cultura do tomate e palestra sobre perspectivas da avicultura envolveram cooperados, que posteriormente conheceram projetos também na prática. A cooperativa promoveu viagens a estratégicas regiões brasileiras, a fim de trazer mais conhecimento quanto a possibilidades de diversificação de produção, sempre com o intuito de propiciar maior retorno econômico aos cooperados no médio e longo prazo. Os nove projetos de sustentabilidade atualmente em pauta são: Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte Strategische Versammlungen zu Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten fanden während des ganzen Jahres statt. Im Mai beteiligten sich die Mitglieder an einer Diskussion über die Tomatenkultur und an einem Vortrag über Perspektiven zur Geflügelhaltung, die sie später auch in der Praxis kennenlernen konnten. Die Genossenschaft förderte Reisen in strategische Regionen Brasiliens, um mehr Wissen über die Möglichkeiten zur Diversifizierung der Produktion zu erhalten, immer mit dem Ziel, mittel- und langfristig höhere wirtschaftliche Einkommen der Mitglieder zu erreichen. Possibilidades de produção favorecidas pela implantação de sistemas de irrigação no semi-árido nordestino atraíram a atenção dos visitantes de Entre Rios. Estudos aprofundados de viabilidade realizados pela Agrária irão nortear uma eventual participação de cooperados no projeto. Die dortigen Produktionsmöglichkeiten, entstanden durch den Einsatz von Bewässerungssystemen im halbariden Nordosten, erregten die Aufmerksamkeit der Besucher aus Entre Rios. Gezielte Durchführbarkeitsanalysen der Agrária sollen den Mitgliedern die Entscheidung zu einer möglichen Teilnahme an dem Projekt erleichtern.
