1 SOUTHPAW LARGE INFLATABLE BARREL KIT Take time to familiarise yourself with the use and maintenance of this equipment BEFORE you start to use it. Keep these instructions in a safe place, and download more copies as required from to ensure that everyone using this equipment is aware of these instructions. IMPORTANT: please check equipment immediately for any damage that may have occurred during transit. CONTENTS 3 x inner tubes 1 x blue vinyl barrel cover 3 x Southpaw white tube wraps 3 x valve stem covers 1 x valve stem tool You will also require: pressurised air or a good air pump a helper! ASSEMBLY Two people are required to assemble this product. 1. Partially inflate the tubes just enough to give them shape. 2. Loosely put on the tube wraps. NOTE: Direction tube wrap fits on tube.

2 IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: When placing the tubes in the barrel cover, have the blue line facing out on the outside tubes. See below:

3 When putting tubes in the barrel cover, be sure to stagger valve locations. See below: 3. Turn the barrel on its side and make an initial adjustment of the tubes and cover. Align the cover to be equal distance from the blue line on the tube and check both ends and adjust the wrap. See below:

4 4. Start inflating the outside tubes. Continue checking the alignment of the cover. Also watch that the valve does not catch or bind, or it will constrict the tube. See below: IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: You may have to release air to make adjustments: to do this insert the included valve stem tool into the valve stem and turn anti-clockwise to loosen the core and let out the amount of air desired. Then tighten the core by turning the valve stem tool clockwise. 5. Continue to inflate the outer tubes to about 2/3 of the finished size. 6. Inflate the centre tube to about 2/3 of the finished size, keeping an eye on the tube wrap and adjusting as needed. 7. Finish inflating the outside tubes at this point you should be able to get your fingers under the edge of the cover. 8. Finish inflating the centre tube at this point, the cover should be tight over the tubes and you should just be able to get your fingers under the edge of the cover. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: replace the cap on the valve and slip tubular webbing over the valve stem and tuck the wrap end between the tubes.

5 CARE & MAINTENANCE All of the following wear points should be checked on a monthly basis and recorded on the checklist attached. Tube Wraps: Do not use if the valve stem pokes through. Return for replacement. Vinyl cover: If ropes come untied or break, discontinue use till repaired. STORAGE Store in a safe place out of reach so as to avoid unwanted access by clients. Avoid extremes of temperature which can damage vinyl. CLEANING Wipe the tubes and cover with a slightly damp cloth and very mild cleaning solution. Do not bleach. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. The tube wraps may be hand washed with mild soap and cool water. Do not bleach. Hang to air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry. SAFETY Always supervise the use of this product Working load: 113kg (250 lbs) do not exceed this maximum Use all appropriate safety precautions use appropriate mats, helmets etc. This product is not a toy. Allow adequate space around the product so that it can be used safely. Do NOT untie or cut the white cords in the blue vinyl cover. These are adjusted to the correct diameter. CONTEÚDO 3 x Camaras de ar 1 x Cobertura em vinil azul 3 x Faixas brancas 3 x Tampas de válvula 1 x Saca válvulas Também irá necessitar: Ar pressurizado ou uma boa bomba de ar Um ajudante! MONTAGEM São necessárias duas pessoas para montar este produto. 1. Encha as camaras de ar parcialmente apenas o suficiente para ganharem forma. 2. Coloque as faixas sem apertar. NOTA:

7 IMPORTANTE NOTA: Quando colocar as camaras de ar dentro da cobertura de vinil, deixe a linha azul virada para o lado de fora. Ver abaixo:

8 Quando coloca as camaras dentro da cobertura, não se esqueça de intercalar a localização das válvulas. Ver abaixo: 3. Vire o barril de lado e faça um ajuste inicial nas camaras de ar e cobertura. Alinhe a cobertura para igualar a distância a da linha azul na camara de ar, verifique as duas pontas e ajuste a faixa. Ver abaixo:

9 4. Comece por encher as camaras exteriores. Continue a verificar o alinhamento da cobertura. Tenha também cuidado para a válvula ficar entalada ou vincada, senão vai apertar a camara de ar. Ver abaixo: IMPORTANTE NOTA: Pode ser necessário libertar ar para fazer ajustes: para fazer isso, introduza o saca válvulas na válvula e rode no sentido anti-horário para soltar a válvula e deixar sair a quantidade de ar desejada. Depois aperte a válvula rodando no sentido horário. 5. Continue a encher as camaras de ar exteriores até atingir cerca de 2/3 do tamanho final. 6. Encha a camara central até cerca de 2/3 do tamanho final, tendo sempre atenção à faixa e ajustando-a conforme necessário. 7. Acabe de encher as camaras exteriores neste ponto a cobertura deve estar deve conseguir meter os dedos por baixo da borda da cobertura.

10 8. Acabe de encher a camara de ar central neste ponto, a cobertura deve estar apertada sobre as camaras de ar e deve conseguir meter os dedos por baixo da borda da cobertura muito à justa. IMPORTANTE NOTA: Coloque as tampas nas válvulas e tape-as com o tecido e enfie a ponta das faixas entre as camaras de ar. CUIDADO E MANUTENÇÃO Todos os pontos de desgaste que se seguem devem ser inspecionados mensalmente e deve manter um registo na folha fornecida. Faixas das camaras de ar: Não utilize se a válvula estiver de fora. Cobertura de vinil: se as cordas ficarem soltas ou partidas, deixe de utilizar até reparar. ARMAZENAMENTO Guarde num local seguro fora do alcance para evitar acessos indesejados pelos clientes. Evite temperaturas extremas que possam danificar o vinil. LIMPEZA Limpe as camaras de ar e cobertura com um pano húmido e um detergente de limpeza suave. Não utilize lixívia. Deixe secar ao natural. Não seque na máquina. SEGURANÇA Supervisione sempre a utilização deste produto Carga de trabalho: 113kg não exceda o peso máximo Utilize todas as precauções de segurança necessárias utilize colchões apropriados, capacetes, etc. Este produto não é um brinquedo. Deixe um espaço adequado em volta deste produto para que este possa ser utilizado de forma segura. NÃO desaperte ou corte os fios brancos da cobertura azul pois estão ajustados no diâmetro correto.
