3 Page 3 ANNEX Resolution No Non-official Translation The CUSTOMS POLICY COMMISSION (CPA), on the basis of the sole paragraph of Article 6 of Decree-law n.llll, of 10 July 1970, combined with Article 3 of Decree-law n.730, of 5 August 1969, and Article 5 of Decree-law n.1753, of 31 December 1979, decides: Article 1; To terminate the application of (a) The reference prices established by CPA Resolution n.1560, of 18 January 1973, modified by CPA Resolution n. 1944, of 20 November 1973, excepting the reference prices established to products classified under the present item of the Brazilian Customs Tariff (TAB), which are maintained; and (b) The reference price of US$ CIF/t, established by Resolution CPA n.2642, of 23 December 1975, to the product classified under the present TAB item (carbon tetrachloride). Article 2: To terminate also the application of the reference prices established by CPA Resolutions n. 1271/72, 2142/75 and 2759/76, respectively with regard to the following products classified under the present TAB items (stannous caprylate), (anhydrous sodium metasilicate), (blocks of white glass of constant transparency), and (blocks of coloured glass of constant transparency).
