2 Introduction Introdução There are two types of AfterSchool activity offered at St. Julian s School. One type of activity is offered voluntarily to St. Julian s students at no additional charge and the other type is available for an additional fee to both St. Julian s students and also to children and adults from the local community. Existem dois tipos de atividades pósescolares no colégio: as atividades que são oferecidas aos alunos sem qualquer encargo adicional e as atividades que são leccionadas aos estudantes e adultos com um custo adicional. In addition, and at no extra charge, St. Julian s PE, Drama and Music departments, among others, will offer a range of afterschool opportunities. Unlike the above, these are available only to members of the student body and not to the wider community. Details and timetables will be announced in September. Para além destas actividades, e sem nenhum custo extra, os departamentos do St. Julian s School de PE, Drama e Música, entre outros, oferecem um variado leque de atividades pósescolares. Ao contrário das atividades anteriores, estas estão apenas disponíveis para alunos e corpo docente do St. Julian s School e não para a comunidade em geral. Detalhes e horários serão anunciados em Setembro. St. Julian s also seeks to find and recommend activities that take place outside school premises, offered by independent institutions at preferential conditions and rates for our community. However, St. Julian s is not responsible for the organization and execution of such activities. O colégio inclui também na sua oferta algumas atividades no exterior que recomenda, com condições e propinas vantajosas aos alunos e comunidade da escola. No entanto, o colégio não se responsabiliza pela organização e realização destas atividades. Primary 2º, 3º, 4º CB 15:30 Secondary Yr 6 15:15 Secondary 5º ao 9ª CP 16:00 Secondary Yrs 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 16:00 All Primary School children must be picked up by 16:00 at the latest, as there is no Child Care service after this time. Any students still at school after this time, must be enrolled in an extracurricular or cocurricular activity. Todas as crianças da Primária deverão ser recolhidos, o mais tardar, até ás 16h00. Após esta hora, é obrigatória a inscrição numa das atividades pósescolares. Registration and payments for cocurricular activities are made directly to the cocurricular programme teachers or Institutions. A inscrição e pagamento das atividades são feitos directamente com os professores ou instituições Courses may be withdrawn should participant numbers fail to meet established minimums. Os cursos poderão ser cancelados se não existir o número minímo de participantes estabelecido. When the Main Hall and New Gym are used for examinations (Summer Term) course cancelations may occur. Os espaços Main Hall e New Gym terão de ser utilizados na época de exames e por conseguinte as atividades pósescolares poderão ser canceladas. August, Agosto 2014
