8 MENSAGEM DO CONSELHO ADMINISTRATIVO A história de 500 famílias de suábios do Danúbio que, a partir de 1951, imigraram para o Brasil, deram início à Agrária e reescreveram seu próprio destino, é uma história que nestes 60 anos enseja reflexão sobre o futuro. Comemorações deste jubileu tiveram início no dia 5 de maio (data de fundação da Cooperativa). Com a participação da comunidade, está sendo organizada uma festividade a ser realizada de 4 a 8 de janeiro de 2012, em comemoração aos 60 anos da imigração suábia em Entre Rios. No contexto histórico, consideramos que a Cooperativa vem conseguindo cumprir seus objetivos: ela assegurou o futuro dos imigrantes suábios, manteve viva sua cultura, iniciou a pesquisa agrícola, fortaleceu a agricultura e estabeleceu indústrias. Com isso, assumiu importante significado econômico não só para seus associados, mas para o distrito de Entre Rios e o município de Guarapuava. Nossa história prossegue e reafirmamos neste ensejo o nossos compromissos: apoio ao cooperado; qualidade para nossos clientes; preservação da cultura; participação na comunidade, ajudando entidades assistenciais, realizando mais do que costuma ser o papel de uma empresa. Mas é preciso ter em mente que a continuidade do fortalecimento da Agrária e de Entre Rios se definirá de acordo com as decisões que tomarmos agora. Devemos manter o espírito comunitário que nos trouxe até aqui. Devemos ainda considerar que o futuro depende de novos desafios, de nossa disposição para desenvolver nossas atividades também em outros campos do agronegócio. Desafios, por outro lado, sempre fizeram parte de nossa trajetória. Para superá-los, temos hoje a experiência do passado, a criatividade das novas gerações e o tradicional apoio de parceiros institucionais, comerciais e tecnológicos. Nesta união, somando talentos e amizades no melhor sentido do cooperativismo, percorreremos os caminhos do amanhã.

9 GRUßWORT DES VERWALTUNGSRATES MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Die Geschicht der 500 donauschwäbischen Familien, die ab 1951 nach Brasilien auswanderten, dort die Genossenschaft Agrária gründeten und damit ihr eigenes Schicksal selbst in die Hand nahmen, ist eine Geschichte, die nach 60 Jahren Anlass zu Überlegungen über die Zukunft gibt. Die Feierlichkeiten zu diesem Jubiläum begannen am 5. Mai (Gründungstag der Genossenschaft). Zusammen mit der Gemeinde wird ein Fest zum 60. Jubiläum der donauschwäbischen Einwanderung in Entre Rios geplant, das vom 4. bis 8. Januar 2012 stattfinden wird. In diesem geschichtlichen Rahmen betrachtet, konnte die Genossenschaft ihre Ziele erreichen: sie sicherte die Zukunft der donauschwäbischen Einwanderer, hielt ihre Kultur lebendig, begann landwirtschaftliche Forschungen, stärkte die Landwirtschaft und nahm Industrien in Betrieb. Damit übernahm die Genossenschaft eine wichtige wirtschaftliche Bedeutung bei ihren Mitgliedern und ebenso auch im Bezirk Entre Rios und im Distrikt Guarapuava. Unsere Geschichte geht weiter und wir bekräftigen bei dieser Gelegenheit unsere Verpflichtungen: Qualität für unsere Kunden; Erhaltung der Kultur; gesellschaftliches Engagement, durch Unterstützung sozialer Einrichtungen und durch Tätigkeiten, die über die Aufgaben eines Unternehmens hinausgehen. Dabei muss immer bedacht werden, dass die weitere Stärkung der Genossenschaft sowie von Entre Rios, von den Entscheidungen abhängt, die heute getroffen werden. Der Gemeinschaftssinn, der uns hierher gebracht hat, muss weiterhin bestehen bleiben und es ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die Zukunft von kommenden Herausforderungen abhängt, ebenso auch von der Bereitschaft, unsere Aktivitäten in weiteren Bereichen der Agrarwirtschaft zu verstärken. Herausforderungen waren seit jeher Teil unserer Geschichte. Um sie zu bestehen, haben wir heute unsere Erfahrungen aus der Vergangenheit, die Kreativität der neuen Generationen und die traditionelle Unterstützung der Geschäftspartner, im Handel und in der Technologie. Zusammen mit zusätzlichen Talenten und Freundschaften im besten Sinne des Genossenschaftswesens gehen wir daher zuversichtlich die Zukunft an. The history of 500 Danube Swabian families, who from 1951 on immigrated to Brazil, started Agrária and re-wrote their own future, is a 60-year story that leads one to reflect on the future. But one should bear in mind that the continued development of both Agrária and Entre Rios will be determined by the decisions we take now. We must maintain the community spirit that has brought us this far. We must also consider that the future depends on new challenges, and on our willingness to develop our activities in other fields of agribusiness as well. Challenges, on the other hand, have always been part of our path in history. In order to overcome them, today we can count on our past experience, the creativity of the new generations and the traditional support of institutional, commercial and technological partners. In this alliance, putting together talents and friendships in the best expression of the cooperative ideal, we shall follow the roads into the future.

11 O ano de 2011 foi um período no qual, de novo, direcionamos significativos investimentos à capacitação dos colaboradores. Ao todo, foram: 35 horas de treinamento por pessoa na média participantes Total: mais de horas Eventos sobre segurança no trabalho e qualidade complementaram e ampliaram nossas ações. No contexto destes eventos, pudemos contar mais uma vez com o importante apoio do SESCOOP e de entidades como o Sindicato Rural de Guarapuava e o SENAR war ein Jahr, in dem wieder nennenswerte Investitionen in die Fortbildung der Mitarbeiter flossen. Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltungen konnten wir ein weiteres Mal mit der wichtigen Unterstützung des SESCOOP und von Institutionen wie das landwirtschaftliche Syndikat von Guarapuava und des SENAR rechnen. Por isso, em vários setores, o SESMT orientou funcionários a difundir entre seus colegas a importância do registro de incidentes. Da mesma forma, em vários departamentos foram colocadas urnas nas quais os colaboradores podem depositar formulários com os registros. Deshalb beauftragte der SESMT in verschiedenen Abteilungen die Mitarbeiter, den Kollegen die Wichtigkeit über die Meldung von Zwischenfällen weiterzugeben. Ebenso wurden in verschiedenen Abteilungen Urnen aufgestellt, in die Mitarbeiter ihre Formulare zu Vorfällen legen können. 12 8 RELATÓRIO ANUAL 2011 Jahresbericht Annual Report A Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (SIPAT 2011) aconteceu de 23 a 26 de agosto, com colaboradores apresentando teatros e concurso de paródias musicais sobre a importância da segurança no trabalho. Também tiveram lugar palestras sobre segurança. Outras ações do ano na área de segurança no trabalho: horas de cursos e/ou treinamentos; participantes; registros de Diálogos de Segurança; registros Reuniões de Segurança. Seminário da Qualidade Die Interne Woche zur Unfallverhütung (SIPAT 2011) fand vom 23. bis 26. August statt. Mitarbeiter zeigten Theaterstücke und musikalische Parodien-Wettbewerbe über die Wichtigkeit der Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz. Daneben fanden auch Vorträge zur Sicherheit statt. Außerdem gab es weitere Aktionen während des Jahres im Rahmen der Arbeitssicherheit: Stunden Kurse und/oder Fortbildungen: Teilnehmer; registrierte Dialoge über Sicherheit; registrierte Versammlungen über Sicherheit. O seminário contou com a presença de cerca de 580 participantes Am 8. 13 Green Belts Em 2011, prosseguiu na Agrária o programa Green Belts, iniciado em 2009 com apoio do INDG. Com base na metodologia 6 Sigma e foco principalmente na redução de custos e melhoria de processos, os 17 participantes desenvolveram diversos projetos. Estas ações representaram ganhos significativos para a Agrária, seja em qualidade, bem como em resultado financeiro. CCQ Os grupos de Círculo de Controle de Qualidade (CCQ) também prosseguiram seus trabalhos durante o ano. Em 2011, a Cooperativa contou com 40 grupos, que apresentaram 83 projetos um total de 42 foi implantado. Os principais objetivos foram melhorias nos âmbitos de: segurança no trabalho, redução de custos, qualidade e/ou racionalização de processos. Green Belts Im Jahre 2011 wurde das Programm Green Belts fortgesetzt, das 2009 mit der Unterstützung des INDG begonnen hatte. Basierend auf der 6-Sigma-Methode und mit den Hauptzielen, Kosten zu senken und Prozesse zu verbessern, entwickelten die 17 Teilnehmer verschiedene Projekte. Diese Aktionen brachten der Agrária in Qualität wie auch bei finanziellen Ergebnissen beachtenswerte Gewinne. Im Jahre 2011 verfügte die Agrária über 40 Gruppen, die 83 Projekte vorführten insgesamt wurden 42 Projekte eingeführt. Hauptziele waren Verbesserungen in den Bereichen: Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz, Kostensenkung, Qualität und/oder Straffung der Prozesse. Composta por 44 participantes, a turma proporciona integração entre cooperados e colaboradores. Die Kosten werden teilweise von der Genossenschaft subventioniert. A principal modificação é que as gerências passaram de quatro para nove e as tarefas das antigas gerências foram redistribuídas entre as já existentes e as novas. Além disso, alguns departamentos foram realocados sob outras gerências ou coordenações. Esta reestruturação contribui para o bom desempenho das atividades industriais e comerciais da Cooperativa führte die Agrária eine Umstrukturierung des Firmenorganigramms durch. Damit wurde das Modell, Verwaltung nach Funktionen, auf eine Verwaltung nach Geschäftseinheiten umgestellt. Die Hauptänderung betrifft die vier Abteilungsleiter, die auf neun erweitert wurden und zudem wurden die Aufgaben zwischen den neuen und den schon bestehenden Leitungen neu aufgeteilt. Außerdem wurden Abteilungen unter neue Leitungen oder Koordinatoren gestellt. Die Umstrukturierung trägt zu einer besseren Leistung der industriellen und kommerziellen Aktivitäten der Genossenschaft bei. In 2011, Agrária carried out a restructuring of its organization chart, changing from the management per function model to management per business unit. O evento contou com a presença do presidente do Sistema Ocepar, João Paulo Koslovski Am 5. Mai trafen sich Mitglieder der Agrária und Pioniere im Kulturzentrum Mathias Leh, um das 60-jährige Gründungsjahr der Genossenschaft mit einem Konzert der Família Lima zu feiern. An der Veranstaltung nahm auch der Präsident des Genossenschaftsverbandes von Paraná (Ocepar), João Paulo Koslovski, teil. On May 5th, Agrária brought together cooperative members and pioneers in the Mathias Leh Cultural Center, to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Cooperative s foundation, with a show presented by the musical group Família Lima. 21 Projetos de Sustentabilidade Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte zum Einkommen der Mitglieder Sustainability Project 17 Assim como dirigentes e colaboradores da Agrária se encontram nas reuniões anuais do Planejamento Estratégico para refletir e determinar os caminhos da Cooperativa no médio e no longo prazo, a Agrária entende que seu papel também é o de orientar seus cooperados para que suas propriedades sejam economicamente viáveis no futuro. Por isso, em 2011, a Agrária desenvolveu os Projetos de Sustentabilidade. Na iniciativa, a Cooperativa reuniu cooperados e colaboradores em grupos de trabalho que estudaram a viabilidade da diversificação rural em vários setores: Ebenso wie sich Leitung und Mitarbeiter der Agrária zu jährlichen Versammlungen über Strategieplanung treffen, um über die Wege der Genossenschaft mittel- und langfristig zu beraten, sieht es auch die Agrária als ihre Aufgabe an, ihre Mitglieder so zu unterweisen, dass deren Landbetriebe auch künftig wirtschaftlich rentabel bleiben. Deshalb entwickelte die Agrária im Jahre 2011 Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte. Diante das informações, cada cooperado está analisando a necessidade e a viabilidade de iniciar algum tipo de diversificação rural. Im Oktober hielten dann Direktion und Mitarbeiter Versammlungen ab, um den Mitgliedern die Studien vorzustellen und darüber zu diskutieren. Anhand der Informationen analysiert nun jedes Mitglied für sich selbst die Notwendigkeit und Machbarkeit eines geeigneten Diversifizierungsprojektes. A comercialização da nova soja é voltada tanto a cooperados quanto aos produtores rurais em geral. AVEIA URS FAPA SLAVA Em outubro, a Agrária e a UFRGS divulgaram, para os participantes do WinterShow 2011, o lançamento da aveia URS FAPA SLAVA. SOJA AFS 110 RR Im März gab die Agrária die erste Sojasorte mit ihrer Marke heraus (Technologie Brasmax und Lizenz zur Verwendung der Marke Agrária). Die Vermarktung der neuen Soja ist für Mitglieder und auch für Produzenten im Allgemeinen bestimmt. HAFER URS FAPA SLAVA Im Oktober gab die Agrária und die UFRGS den Teilnehmern der WinterShow 2011 die Herausgabe des Hafers URS FAPA SLAVA bekannt. O sistema permite a agrônomos e cooperados acompanhar em tempo real, na tela do computador, a incidência de doenças da lavoura na área de atuação da Agrária. Com esta informação, os cooperados podem realizar aplicações de defensivos para evitar ou minimizar os efeitos das mesmas. O Radar 2011 abrangeu 29 áreas sentinelas. TRIGO e CEVADA Agrária, FAPA e Syngenta decidiram criar em 2011 o chamado Radar das culturas de inverno : um monitoramento de doenças para evitar ou reduzir seus efeitos. O sistema se constituiu de um conjunto de áreas sentinelas em lavouras da região (19, para a cevada; e 20 para trigo). Reunidos diariamente, pesquisadores e técnicos acompanharam as condições meteorológicas, emitindo um alerta aos cooperados quando consideravam que o quadro se mostrava favorável às doenças. 31 Pesquisa da Cevada Mais uma vez, a Agrária sediou a Reunião Nacional da Pesquisa da Cevada. Com a presença de integrantes de toda a cadeia produtiva da cevada, o encontro ocorreu nos dias 12 e 13 de abril, no Centro Cultural Mathias Leh. A reunião apresentou e debateu tópicos como: resultados de pesquisa; o atual estágio do melhoramento genético da cevada; e a revisão das indicações técnicas para o plantio da safra 2011/12. Gerstenforschung Die Agrária war wieder Sitz der nationalen Versammlung für Gerstenforschung. Das Treffen fand am 12. und 13. April im Kulturzentrum Mathias Leh statt, mit Teilnehmern der gesamten Gerstenproduktionskette. Die Versammlung präsentierte und diskutierte folgende Punkte: Forschungsergebnisse; den aktuellen Stand der genetischen Verbesserung von Gerste; Revision der technischen Hinweise für den Anbau der Ernte 2011/12. Por isso, a Cooperativa promoveu, no dia 2 de setembro, uma reunião técnica sobre aquela cultura, com a participação dos agrônomos do Departamento de Assistência Técnica. Especialista no assunto, o pesquisador Edson Lolatto, do IAPAR, abordou vários tópicos importantes para um cultivo bem-sucedido. Além disso, a Cooperativa decidiu, em sua fundação de pesquisas, a FAPA, iniciar trabalhos de pesquisa de feijão. Atualmente, 33 cooperados se dedicam à cultura. Diversifizierung auf dem Land Bohnen In den letzten Jahren gewann die Bohnenkultur größeren Anteil in der Agrária. Deshalb veranstaltete die Genossenschaft am 2. September eine technische Versammlung über diese Kultur unter Mitwirkung von Agraringenieuren der Abteilung für Technische Beratung. Der Spezialist in diesem Bereich, Forscher Edson Lolatto des Instituts IAPAR, sprach mehrere wichtige Punkte zu einem erfolgreichen Anbau an. Außerdem beschloss die Genossenschaft, Forschungen in diesem Bereich bei der FAPA durchzuführen. Derzeit widmen sich 33 Mitglieder dieser Kultur. Diversification in the field Beans The bean crop has gained greater space in Agrária in the last few years. Therefore, on September 2nd, the Cooperative organized a technical meeting about this crop, with the participation of the agronomists from the Technical Assistance Department. A specialist in the subject, the researcher Edson Lolatto, from the IAPAR (Paraná Agronomics Institute), addressed several topics that are important for successful cultivation. In addition, the Cooperative decided to initiate research work focusing on beans in its research foundation (FAPA). Presently, 33 cooperative members are growing the crop.
